Awesome staffs there, thanks to Margaret and dentist Kelly Li, took my son there for an ACC claim as he had an accident and hurt his front teeth, they do it for free which other places will charge you for a fee. Friendly and professional, Kelly explained the whole process after took an x ray for my son. Thank you.

The team here are fantastic. Reasonable pricing, extremely professional and GREAT customer service. My treatment by Shereena was explained thoroughly, they catered for changing appointments as well as slotting me in for emergencies. If youβre looking for a great family dentist youβve come to the right place. I am now proudly βone of themβ and would not go anywhere else. Thanks for getting me through my root canal - canβt fault any part of my treatment/interactions. ps Lynda you are a super star βοΈ

The team at highland park dental where amazing right from the start. I had to have my front teeth removed and a denture made and my experience was such a good one I felt I had to write this review. As you walk in you are greated by the wonder Lynda who always makes you feel comfortable. Brendan and Sandra offered great advice and put me at ease straight away. Sindy was so helpful when I was receiving my injection by rubbing my shoulder to take my mind off the pain. Jigisha the hygienist was super lovely and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Over all..the team at HPD made me feel like I'm family and I will definitely choose them again and I hope you do also. Well done whanau!

Friendly and efficient during the appointment. Received text messages as a reminder for the next appointment which was awesome. Seating area is quite congested so best to go a few minutes before appointment. Payment options are available I believe best to ask. The only thing I would prefer is listening to soft music in the waiting area rather than watching silent TV. Watching the quiz show on silent TV not a good look. This means you are forced to access your phone. Overall I would have rated a 5 if there was soft music in the background.

This Dental Centre provides very bad and unprofessional services, and they are not friendly. Recommend people NOT to go there. I googled last year to find this dental centre was close to my home and it had 8 five star Google reviews (all the reviews were years ago), I chose it as my kid and family's dental care, last year the dentist who serviced my kid never smiled, but showed a very cold face. We all felt that, but I thought she might not be cold to us only, perhaps that's her character. This January I had toothache and phoned them, told them proactively I was not vaccinated the Covid "vaccines" but I'm very health, and no any symptom of Covid, asked them if they service clients who are not vaccinated, they said yes. I made an appointment with the dentist S. I answered all the questions at the reception. She's late for 15 minutes to see me, that's ok, but she didn't say anything for being late. And she wore a special protect gear on her head, seems I was already a virulent virus. I was unable to hear her clearly during her checking, she said seriously "Because you are high risk as you're not fully vaccinated, I have to wear this", I'm "high risk"?! You exaggerated! Am I Covid19 if I'm not vaccinated?! But I just said Ok because they've been brainwashed by the government and mainstream media, they fear, they treat everybody as Covid. What makes me surprised later was she charged me an extra fee $20 for her special protect gear. She gave me some pain killer medicine and made the second appointment for next week to extract my bad tooth, and gave me the booked card. But when I arrived in their clinic as the booked time of 1:00pm, the cold face dentist checked and told me the booking time was 1:30pm, not 1:00pm, I handed the appointment card to her: it's written 1:00pm as same as what I was told by the dentist. She said that my dentist perhaps made a mistake, asked me to wait until 1:30pm. And then another woman (I'm sure she's not the receptionist girl, she must be another dentist in the clinic) came to the reception and asked some questions, told me that they would make another appointment with me until the result of my Covid test yesterday comes out. This is ridiculous, their requirements are contradictory: if i'm not vaccinated and have no Covid test--I might be positive, but it's Ok, they provide dental services; but if I have a Covid test, they will wait for the test result. Why do they wait for a Covid test? What do they do if my test was positive? Don't service me any more? But why did they accept me at the first time last week when I told them taht I was not vaccinated--I might be positive, right? What's their logic? They made a mistake on booking time and made me wait but didn't say sorry when I was there on time. And then they told me to cancel the appointment because they wanted to wait for my Covid test result. When I stepped out from the clinic, coincidentally I received a text message which says my yesterday Covid test was negative, I went back to show it to the woman, and told her my test was negative, but I cancel your dental clinic, I and my family will not use your awful services from now! I have changed into another dental clinic at Howick, we have been serviced by them recently, that clinic is really good, providing kind, professional services, and of course there's no any extra fee charges for their protect gear!

2 years ago I had a wisdom extraction done by a different dental surgery we which left me with a paralyzing fear of dentist. My mum MADE me go to this dental surgery to get another wisdom extraction done and it was 1000 times better. Receptionist was super friendly and the dentist kept me calm and explained everything she was doing to keep me at ease. Great place and highly recommended!
