It's run by a lovely lady, Louise. She has about 30 years of experience and is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Was very impressed by her skills, soft manner and confidence. Very happy with the result. After 17 years of changing hairstylists, I think I've finally found the one I will stuck with.
