I have consistently been totally looked after. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They always offer a drink, great advice about hair products and take care with bookings, including excellent communication. They keep to time (really appreciate that), and the overall atmosphere is just lovely. Really top team of people.
I have been coming to Paper Scissors Rock for just under a year. Everyone is super friendly and the salon has a lovely atmosphere. Leo my stylist is lovely and listens. She gives honest feedback and is bubbly and chatty and it feels like I am catching up with a friend every time I go and get my hair done.

Honestly best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Went to see Hannah yesterday and I have never been happier walking out of a salon. Never met such kind staff 10/10 I will be going back!
From the moment I was seated and met my new stylist I felt very comfortable and confident with my stylist Hannah. I would most definitely recommend this salon to somebody looking for a new stylist. She listened to every question I asked and reassured me of the procedures. The atmosphere of the salon was very modern , clean and spacious not to mention jolly!

The BEST experience I've had at a salon to date. Was really nervous as I was going for a heavy change, but Hannah was so friendly and lighthearted and managed to sort my hair out, as well as give me a cut that I did not realise I needed(and styling recommendations) Thank you so much!
