Always really friendly staff here, and it’s a really chill place to hang out and have a coffee or three. I always enjoy Starbucks food, and the gift mugs and containers are stylish and well-made. I enjoy starting my day here with a coffee and reading when I get the chance. Heaps of parking and very amenable opening hours.
I ordered an ICED PEPPERMINT LATTE. at first I was asked if I wanted it hot. Ok. Maybe usual question. But once I got my drink order, it had zero traces of peppermint! NO peppermint flavour! Just the usual mocha taste. I didn’t take a sip at the counter otherwise I would have addressed it then and there. But you order thinking you are getting what you pay for. Very very disappointing. The staff were also not friendly. And the cold nitro brew was not working properly either. Not the first time I have been disappointed at this Starbucks either. Won’t be ordering from there again!
I dont rate Starbucks coffee at all! It tastes burnt and far too bitter. Its also too hot. This is only regarding their flat white and cappuccinos. I havent had any of their speciality drinks. I would go there for cabinet food. I enjoyed a Bran muffin which you dont often see available at coffee shops. Its always busy and staff are friendly.
Get your fav drink here, order online or in-store, tailored to request. Several specials, merchandise, and beans available to choose from. All the usual snacks and eats you would expect as a brand standard. Two thumbs up! Skip to 03 August 2025... Early morning before that mall opens... Chill tunes.. great cuppa... A small snack... Polite smiles from the team and coffee arrived fast. Excellent stuff!!
Went in to grab some Fraps with my family this afternoon, whomever was serving was impatient and obnoxious although wearing a face mask so hard to identify. Kept interrupting my wife whilst she tried to order, seemed impatient that my two children were still deciding what to order despite not being at the pay point, yet and with nobody behind us. The fraps we got in the end were fine and other staff all good. But whomever was on the till between 4 and 430pm today has switched us off this Starbucks completely, I'll go somewhere else in future.
So disappointed. I ordered a oat milk macchiato this morning. Instead of getting what I ordered, I got a mocha. And it’s not the first time. Please train your staff to read the name properly!
I come to this shop quite often for my favorite ice green tea latte. But so unhappy about the service. Game me half cup filled with froth so I complained. The manager asked the staff to fill with ice. I paid for a tall size not filled with ice. He had a unhappy look and made me another one with 2/3 filled in. Looked like a pain customer but, should fill and made with effort not because it is your work. People are paying lots money for a drink. I will be probably not visit this shop anymore.
Good coffee, reasonable price. But the coffee was too hot! Id say make it in lower temprature!
