   The café has soft lighting & ambient music. The guy there Frank makes a great unique tasting flat white which I thoroughly enjoy.

   I’d like to share some feedback about an interaction I had today. While we were trying out a piano and waiting for staff to return, an Asian middle-aged man wearing glasses approached us. He repeatedly said, “You should buy this,” in a tone that came across as impatient and somewhat rude. I understand that playing the piano can be a bit loud, and perhaps there was a language barrier that made it harder for him to express himself. However, his manner felt unnecessarily discourteous, and I wish the situation had been handled with a more polite and respectful approach.

   #Average Needed more staff to clear tables Food looked nice, reasonable presentation. Hard to find cutlery, butter, salt and pepper. Guy behind counter on his phone while 8 tables needed to be wiped and cleared.

   The cafe staff are very friendly and serve a limited but well made selection of cakes and savoury items. My only BIG complaint is that they take your order and then make you wait to pay while the one server goes and makes your coffee. You have to stsnd around at the counter waiting to pay until he finishes doing them and then puts them on a tray with your food items for you to take to your table. This is bad enough when you are younger but the place is always filled with 'older' people and they stand around for ages and then struggle to carry a tray of hot drinks and food to their table. Come on staff! Lift your game and take the order, get people to pay immediately and let them go sit down while you make the drinks and food and then YOU take it to their table.

   Stopped in for a late morning coffee. The owner greeted us with genuine enthusiasm. Cabinet food was tasty and warmed up! Prices were very reasonable and the blend very good. Definitely go back again and again.
