Good service and very friendly staff. I went around shopping for a cost for my denture but found out that Chapel Oark Dentual is the cheapest and a far more good quality outcome. I do recommend these guys for any dentist matters.

UPDATE: Appointment was rebooked for Friday at 2pm. (Appt made by me) I had my so called intensive clean, but I think maybe the person was new. I won't be returning. And now they're telling me I'm not in their system, how can that be the case - I had been in and out of there about six times. And they would be on WINZ system if I called them. Initially it started out great. Had my back tooth pulled out - no complications. Came back for intense/deep cleaning, of which I made very clear that I wanted. Which should take 45mins. I went in, I was only in there for 15mins. When I mentioned I thought this was meant to be intense/deep cleaning - he told me it would cost $1200 or more because they're cleaning the teeth individually. Isn't that what you're meant to do anyway? I am seriously starting to believe that some dentists rip off WINZ clients. I didn't get my intense/deep clean, and I was charged $400+ for 15mins of cleaning, but not the intense/deep clean and they didn't give me an injection. When I called another dentist today, which is popular - they were only going to charge me a max of $500 for the intense deep cleaning. I think WINZ needs to be notified of my experience. I notified WINZ of what they have done.
I have been coming to chapel park dental for 3+ years since I moved to Auckland from northland and they have been absolutely amazing to me and catering to all my needs! They are my one and only dentist and will be from now on! Highly recommend!
Excellent service received. From the day I emailed for a quote, quick response. What I loved got a free consult on a Saturday being a working single mom its hard finding services to accomadate a busy lifestyle. I was able to do clean straight after the consult 2 birds one stone. Had an amazing treatment with Dr Min goo.. she made sure I was fine throughout the whole treatment. Made my teeth feel and look absolutely brand-new. Would 100% recommend getting any treatment through her.
Be very aware of extras they talk people into when you're in pain & vulnerable. I needed dentures they convinced me implants were the best option. There was no further information on what to do once you have the implants. On the day of surgery they tried to get more money out of me for bone grafts! Ive never heard from them since even though the implants need a different type of denture. The original quote was $2500 & they charged $14,000!! No aftercare service they just want your money.
Awesome service! Just got my wisdom tooth taken out, and the dentist was super experienced and did it quickly and efficient! He was also super nice and explained to me the procedures and what needs to be done which made me feel very comfortable and overcoming my nervousness of getting my wisdom tooth removed, because I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist and the other stuff there were honestly super duper friendly and gave the BEST OF THE BEST customer service I have ever received at a dental! Highly recommend for others if you’re looking for a affordable dental. Thank you!
