   Went there today to deposit some cash, actually disgusted/FURIOUS to discover they now don't accept cash on the weekend!!!!! Made a special trip also!!! Apparently you can now only deposit cash during the week! Like I'm in the bank, it's open and they wont accept your money!!! Typical BS from Little ol NZ. Third world countries wouldn't even do that. All I can say is thank F#@% I"m leaving this dump in a few years.

   No so much because of the branch but for the company as a whole. Very inconvenient you can’t get cash over the counter at the BANK on a weekend. Didn’t have my card on me to go ATM. Silly really that’s what the bank is for but ok ✅

   worse than useless, unhelpful, rude, obstinate, and either uninformed or deeply dense. I gave myself a cool down before I wrote this review but still just the worst customer services. Long queue over 45min no apology for the delay from teller Rashana. The name might be slightly wrong, if the ANZ care, it was the lady with the mask that the other review was also complaining about. Rashana had no clue how to do her job. Said there was nothing I could do to bank the money before Monday if I couldn't get back to the bank before closing with my card. Fortunately I checked online and was able to do it at an ATM, gee that's something a bank teller ought to know
