   I bought four sushi triangles today and asked for them to be packed in two separate paper bags (two in each), as they were for my children to have as after-school snacks. I pick them up at different times, so they need to be separated. That is why I specifically requested two bags. However, the staff member who served me refused to provide two paper bags and instead forced all four items into one very small bag, which tore open from the side. I don’t understand why it was difficult to provide two small paper bags, which would only cost a few cents, especially since they are purchased in bulk. If four different customers had bought one each, he would have given out four bags without hesitation. I spent almost $18 for four small sushi triangles. I am disappointed that he did not value a regular customer, especially at a time when many businesses are struggling. His customer service was poor, and there was no smile or polite behaviour at all. I m normally always spend above $50 at a time when my whole family visits ormiston mall in the weekend at this restaurant but decided not to visit this shop anymore.

   I love how there was a moldy leaf found in my salad which was bitten by a sap sucking insect. I bet it wasn't even washed.

   Ordered a tofu don on the 14th of August. It was way too oily. And could use more veggies and less rice. Not the best value or flavor for the price. However, before this incident, we have purchased tuna nigiri as well as some sushi from this place, and they have been nice.

   Cheaper than sushi in CBD. Large variety. I have never seen a sushi place sell Takoyaki before and it is delicious.

   For $20, the chicken katsu meal was good value for money as it came with 2 chicken fillets. However, the taste was not great. They used a weird sauce similar to a tomato sauce. It just wasn't nice. I also ordered a bunch of sushi which was also ok. I wish I ate at st.pierre's instead. Will not be coming back to eat here again.

   Sushi are not the cheapest but the range, presentation and taste makes it very appetizing. I see a lot of people order from this place and definitely not a bad choice.

   We have ordered Teriyaki chicken bento. The chicken on the rice was pre-cooked and heat with some seasoning, which was very dry and tough, not worth to pay for $29 and won’t order again.
