   Great portion size and older lady serving was very nice. Food tasted very good and couldn't even finish it in one sitting. The only downside is that I had to wait a little bit, but it was worth it. Thanks team!

   I love Katsubi but this has to be the worst branch. Customer service is terrible. The food options is absolutely RUBBISH. No katsu chicken no broccoli no bean sprouts they hardly have anything and yet still want you to pay full price! This place branch in particular is the worst. Manukau is way better has more options.

   ORDERED - Udon and chicken soy. Won't go much into it, tasted ok but the attitude from the fairly young Pacific Island girl(20s?) Was like we interrupted her time on her ph. She was huffing and puffing. We are not Katsubi experts and just were asking about the menu she was short and just fed up. Well we won't be coming back again. TASTE: was good though, but the taste wore off.

   Katsubi - omriston Bought it 1630 on 28/12 Ordered 3 bowls and all three didn't have enough sauce. The amount of meat in the bowls were not the same as the other katsubi restaurants. Seems like they are giving out less sauce and less chicken. Also less vegetables aswell. For $21.99 that's not a great value anymore.

   i come here often on the weekdays and the young lady in front, and the cook in the back not sure what their names are, but they are really friendly. enjoyed the kimchi pork so much. thank you once again, the young lady in front (the manager maybe) and the sweet cook in the back always having a big smile on her face!!

   I came to this mall for the first time and it will be the last. Because of Katsubi. The service was terrible! Firstly when I approached the store, the waitress acted as if I was interrupting her on her phone with her earbuds in and looked at me. Me not realising she was taking her AirPods out. I then began my order. For myself, my son and husband. I asked for all three to have rice, Please, she added the rice and then asked what sauce? I asked if the sauces could be added last, as I enjoy it on the top of the proteins. She asked me three times what sauces I wanted and I repeated, I don’t want them right now. Then asked which proteins I wanted? There was barely anything. Just 4 options of chicken and about a cup of the beef which was fine, for my son. I asked for that to be added to the small bowl. For mine I chose two chicken options, I just chose two of what was already out for myself. I then asked if mine or my husbands large bowls came with salad? She replied, I thought you only wanted rice!? Very rudely might I add. I said, I asked for the three bowls to have rice as u can choose salad or rice? She then abruptly went and got another bowl added rice and asked me, what salad do u want as I felt rushed I said just the cabbage and jalapeños with corn. I asked for the same for my husband. Paid and left. I left the store feeling extremely upset and told my husband immediately. He wasn’t happy either, but we were hungry, ate and then left as we have two small children. I don’t understand why people work in customer service if they don’t like people or clearly hate their job. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and would appreciate a smile or hello and friendly service.
