   Stopped by to use the bathrooms and one word to describe it was "Disgusting". Not sure if this is normal but doesn't look they are even maintained. Toilets are facilities that need to be kept cleaned as this is used daily and a part of the customer experience. Maybe this is not important to management but I hope to see them improve in future.

   Went inside to pay for $20 gas and gave a $50 note. The server says ok yeah done, then asks me what do I want a receipt or something else?? She was so rude and needs to learn how some customer service skills. I and her work colleague proceeded to tell her that I was waiting for my change. So unprofessional

   I went to get a coffee for a diabetic person I asked the barista if my coffee is made with sweetener. She was very rude and said “did you ask for it? Then yes it is in there!” I felt so insulted. She needs to understand that her pay comes from these customers so be respectful!” Otherwise there are lot of skilled people in market who can replace her easily.

   Overpriced fuel compared to other service stations in local area. Food is ok, since they removed there best pie options. But the coffee and customer service is great.

   Waited in the pump for a while but didn't work. Went in and got told that the cashier couldn't see my number plate thus didn't open it. I had waved multiple times as well to draw attention. I'm parked less than 3 meters away from the camera. A very bad first experience. Haven't had this at other BPs.

   Found toilets to be below acceptable level (empty hamdwash container, paqer & dirt on floor etc.)& had a word to employee at counter. Felt pie i bought had been in pie warmer way too long(crisp edges) maybe no water in container inside.

   Good service. Ordered my coffee but didn't hear my name called out, so stood there for awhile waiting. But still good service. Men's toilet - needed to be cleaned. From the sink to toilets was very bad, looked like someone had grabbed every thing out of the toilet and just sprayed everywhere.
