I'm a young adult who really struggles to open up to others. For a long time, I was really scared to get help for my mental health. Meeting Isabelle and having sessions with her over the last two years is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The process of finding a good therapist and then being vulnerable with them can be daunting, but Isabelle makes the whole process feel smooth and like you're talking to a friend. Would highly recommend her services as a psychologist :)
