   Went there on Friday afternoon to pick up an important prescription and even though their sign says they close to 5:30pm, they were already closed at 5:27pm. Turns out they are not open Saturday or Sunday either and their backup pharmacy (Shaun at Ascot) says he can’t access a the prescriptions. We need to go back to the person who wrote the prescription. Pharmacists are supposed to be smart, but this system is really dumb.

   Ghastly service. Went in today at a not busy hour to ask if a product was in store. Only one pharmacist (Daniel Yip) was helping customers before me ( completely reasonable) so I waited at the counter patiently. What was not reasonable was helping another customer, who had just walked in first without even acknowledging me in any shape or form. The entire 10 minutes I had just been standing there staring and waiting I was promptly ignored. I don't know if she was a repeat customer, acquantince, blatant racism or who knows but he serviced her literally right in front of me as she slide the products she was going to buy across me (standing infront of the register) to pay.
