I have known Dr Su Kour for many years. She was my rock through my darkest times, and my rock when I had to put mum into care, then out again so I could care for her full time permanently. She is the best Dr I've seen . I highly recommend her

What a relief to finally find a clinic that is efficient, caring and practices a contemporary approach. Kate Healy, the GP I saw was so helpful and courteous. The reception staff were also friendly and professional. I also want to mention Bex, the physical health practitioner, who has been incredibly helpful and empathetic. She is a wonderfully kind and encouraging person. Many thanks.

Two major diagnoses were missed. I frequently visited the office, always polite, because I was constantly experiencing pain and breathlessness. They ran basic tests, but I think they assumed I was just anxious. I asked three different doctors for a CT scan of my lungs, but they all refused. The third doctor even said that further tests wouldn’t be helpful and I was crying in front of the doctor when that was said cause I knew something was wrong but no one was going to listen. Eventually, I saw got a referral to a gynaecologist when a new doctor felt an Adnexal mass. When I saw the gynaecologist and she ordered an MRI, and was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis. It was affecting my bladder, bowels, and pulling my organs together, distorting my anatomy. Now, I’m facing two major surgeries with the possibility of needing a stoma for 6 months. I also don't know if I can have children because it destroys your reproductive organs. If the doctors had thought of it earlier I could have surgery sooner and stopped all those periods I had in that time waiting, which cause inflammation, pain and scarring. If I had been referred to a lung specialist years ago, I might have a better prognosis. The breathlessness I had been experiencing turned out to be Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis (avian-related). I had begged for a chest CT during those episodes, and perhaps if they had done it, it could have made a difference. Please if a patient communicates something wrong but they come off anxious, still worthwhile to rule out the bad things.

Have been with them for past 5 years. They’ve been the best doctors we’ve experienced so far. So even if we’ve moved around quite a bit, we still travel to go to them.

Mission Bay Doctors have been extremely helpful over the past few years, despite the challenged that Covid has put on them. They’re friendly, helpful and quick to do what they can to keep the community safe.

These doctors are unprofessional, rude and misdiagnosed me 2 times. They were judgmental and spoke down to me and do not own their mistakes. They caused me a huge amount of stress throwing around different diagnosis when in the end none of it was true. They also did not send the script to the pharmacy agreed on at the appointment so had to wait for almost a week to even get my hands on the medication i needed. If i had not gotten a second opinion on the few different diagnosis, i would have continued on in life with such a wrong perception and living believing i had a condition that i don't even have! This place is terrible. DONT GO HERE

Have been coming to this practice for years. Extremely caring for me and my family. Have gone above and beyond whenever necessary. Have dealt with many problems and have intervened quickly and successfully. Great team.

Fundamental when you go to a doctor with a sick child your resilience is low and concern is high. I was left with a sick child and told to wait in the car at 29’Degree heat for over 40 minutes. No communication or concern given to the situation nor care about sitting in a car with no shade anywhere. Been told ‘what do you want me to do’ - and “you can stand outside the car”is not a solution and after 2 years at MBD have decided to move clinics. I can assure you this is not a knee jerk reaction to one incident. I have addressed the practice manager on more that one occasion due to incidents of customer service failures. I stayed due to Jamie being such a good “Doctor” but he can only carry the clinic so far and yesterday (10Dec 20) was appalling to say the least.
