   An absolute joke of a place. Ever since the new, and I might add, incompetent and useless managers took over, this place has turned into garbage. Drug and weed use has become endemic, with everyone smoking in their rooms, constant domestics with cops having to be called out. Half the stoves don't work in the communal kitchen. Used to be an ok place but the new managers have turned it into a crime ridden hell hole. Wouldn't send my worse enemy here. Neighbor's are noisy and if you complain the useless manager says if you don't like it here you can leave. Pathetic attitude from an incompetent manager Do not recommend at all

   It was a really NIGHTMARE to get my refund with John and Karen. They took more than 2 weeks to sort it out with broken promises. In the end they stop answering my messages and I had to get suport from the Citizens Advice Bureau and John was very rude with one of the assistants. After I paid the bond in advance to keep the room, they came with a small talk about pay $295 of a "non refundable furniture rental package". Obviously I didn't accept it and required my refund straight away. That's why they made so hard for me I reckon. DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

   Lived here about 5or6 years. Safe and secure lodge,nice sized rooms with own toilet and shower. Managers very nice people. Good area StJohns.
