Very bad experience at KFC. The store says it closes at 12:00, but when I came at 11:20, it was already closed. I wasted my time coming here based on incorrect opening hours. If you’re going to close earlier, please update your schedule.
Food came out relatively fast and tasted fine
It’s KFC, so pretty consistently average regardless of the store in question. It tends to be a meal of last resort when time and options are limited. Despite the recent bad reviews for this store, my order was packed correctly and the store itself was very clean when I visited. I used the self serve kiosk so had virtually no contact with staff. Overall, it was pretty much the mediocre experience I was expecting, but not as bad as other reviewers have recently suggested.
Bought 4 tender snack boxes. Instead of letting me know they didn't have enough for the 2 each that is advertised, each box had 1 tender chopped in half. They even closed the window to dicuss a situation with the assistant manager for 2 minutes while I was waiting to pay. I would've happily swapped for popcorn chicken, but instead I got scammed - WITH ASSISTANT MANAGER APPROVAL. The name tag was visible.
Very Disappointed with Quality Ordered from KFC today and was extremely disappointed. The food looked unappetizing and the oil quality seemed poor — greasy, heavy, and with an unpleasant taste. After eating, I started feeling uncomfortable, which is very concerning. For a brand like KFC, I expected better quality and freshness. Please stop serving such poor-quality food immediately and conduct a proper quality check in the store to ensure customers’ safety.
A clean facility, friendly people and fast food as well. Went at night so it’s a less busy, a good vibe.
My kids went ans got dinner for us. They ordered a family feast and instead of 10 pieces we only got 5. We live in Mt Wellington, going back wasn't an option because they didn't get a receipt! Tried ringing and ringing no response. We paid a lot of money and didn't even get what we ordered. That is like $25 altogether as it's $5 per piece of chicken! Not happy at all.
Got what I ordered and more. When I pointed out an extra salad and burger, the server said "Keep it". That can't be profitable. I hope no one else left without their full order. Always check your orders as that was the second incorrect order in the last 2 visits. The one before, we didn't get the chicken we ordered, instead getting wicked wings. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR KFC ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!
Whoever made my bacon lover did an amazing job yesterday. Hit the spot! Not greasy at all and not soaked with sauce either! Just amazing! The location though is very tiny and I wish it was bigger though so heads up if you have a big car.
Zinger burger was pretty good I must admit. The KFC itself was very dirty. All the rubbish bins were over flowing with rubbish on all tables. The floors had food everywhere and so did the seats. Worst wicked wings I've had to date, very greasy and the batter was falling apart.
