Service was good, food was fast, hot and yummy! We have been to a few nandos and this will be the new go too. I would avoid peak times if you don't want to wait for freshly cooked chicken. Thanks!
We had a great dining experience at this restaurant on Lunn Ave. The food was excellent and cooked just right. Our server, Mark, took wonderful care of us and made the meal feel very pleasant. We’ll definitely come back again.

We ordered a whole chicken with two sides and 8 BBQ ribs, which is a meal we frequently enjoy as regular customers. However, during our meal we discovered a hair in the food, which was extremely disappointing and unhygienic. This completely ruined our appetite, and we were unable to continue eating the rest of our meal. We spoke to the shift manager on duty, who offered us half a chicken as compensation. Unfortunately, this offer did not reflect the amount of food we left uneaten or the seriousness of the issue. As loyal customers who dine at Nando’s often, we expected a more appropriate and considerate resolution.
I was very disappointed, my food was basically dribbled to us a plate at a time which resulted in me needing to share my own dinner with my son's aged 15 and 9, and literally only half my dinner because the other half came later, the waitress forgot half of our entire order. We felt service was basically non existent because we had to get all our own utensils an sauces ourselves and that's after watching other tables being served properly. My broccoli was super dry, they forgot our desert so they gave us half of that and had to cook 2 more, that was brought to us completely disfigured and unpresentable...I was put off and after spending over $100 on our order I was very disappointed. The young man who ended up trying to help fix it kindly offered us a free drink to compensate which I couldn't accept as I'd had enough but felt sorry for him to have to apologize for the inconsiderate and unprofessional incompetence of his entire team... Not good enough and I will not be eating there again. I felt very ripped off and left still hungry as these portions are not worth the amount of money spent. Burger King and mc Donald's offers better portions than this restaurant. But thankyou to the young man who tried to help. Other tables has to wait long periods of time for food. I'd recommend further training in hospitality for ur staff and better food. At least dress it up a bit because that was very plain and I've seen basic sandwiches that look more appetizing than the chicken dinner I was served this evening.
Service was good, but food wasn’t nice. Very bland. Got a salad and they gave big as pieces of lettuce. Chicken was very dry and burnt. Garlic pita tasted sour maybe it was old bread. No plates , only side plates. Also glass was dirty. Not washed right
Been here 3 times and they never have spicy rice available. Disappointing service staff runs around like headless chickens and ignores the phone when it rang multiple times.. Owner of this franchise must take action for their untrained staff. Place is definitely not recommended.
This is the second time in a week where I ordered half a chicken and it came out looking all mangled, no skin and broken bones that I need to watch while I am eating.
Food is great (aka standard Nando's), but the person at the cash desk was very pushy and did not give us any time to read the menu properly.
Have been coming year for many years now, my girlfriend always goes for the peri peri chicken BLAT and I run the half chicken with peri peri fries, can’t beat it. Always easy getting a park outside and the staff are always super friendly. James Ashwin Kakapo Business Sales
