I get 30-45 mins on my break when i don’t bring lunch, i go treat myself to maccas. Ive been to this maccas 3 times recently and my order has not been accurate. Ive done the feedback and complaint form. They’ve said they have tried to “contact” me via phone but on my call logs theres nothing.
Staff seem grumpy. Fries were lukewarm which I can’t stand. Big Mac was nice and warm though. Music is overwhelming you can’t even have a nice conversation because of the noise, the only other person eating at this Mac Donald’s agreed with me so it’s not just me. And they don’t support the Mac Donald’s app. Not that great to be honest.
We ordered around 12 a.m. through the drive-thru, but the mic wasn’t clear and hard to hear. My partner mentioned the loyalty code, and we were talking politely, but the staff member suddenly raised his voice and sounded angry. He was very rude , the one on duty was a man with glasses and a beard, speaking to us in a loud, disrespectful tone. When we got to the payment window, he was frowning and looked like he wanted to argue. I really don’t recommend this branch because some of the staff here are extremely rude.
The customer service was good. The burger tasted tasted ok.
Surprisingly one of three best maccas visit that I’ve ever had. Service was fast, fries were fresh, burgers tasted good. I hope this is the status quo of this maccas. Ka pai!
Staff today, made me the perfect Big Mac. Not too much sauce , I could taste all the fresh ingredients . Hot chips. Drink wasn’t chill, but was understaffed being public holiday. Its a cold day anyway.
I had a shocking experience here. The Big Mac my friend ordered was stale and had cold, rubbery patties, while my McSpicy patty was thin, dry, and disgusting. Never come here!
bought a lot of combo set from this outlet and asking for a bigger bag but the employees couldnt provide and didnt provide any help initiately. bad experience
