   Mediocre at best. Haven't had Wendy's in a long time - since leaving Canada - always had good memories of the food there. So thought since I'm here in Auckland I would revisit an old haunt. The spicy chicken burger was anything but spicy. They didn't have onions to actually put on it. Water running out of the chicken piece on the burger. It filled a hole and that's about it. I wouldn't be charging back here that's for certain. Disappointing. ⭐️⭐️

   I visited the Mt Eden store and purchased salad burgers and fries. The two girls who served were not customer centric. The serving/ collection window was closed without any instructions or greetings when the payment was attempted to be collected. They opened the window after a while when I didn't pay. The burgers were cold and it took them a long time to serve and they were very slow in terms of movement. I didn't see any motivation in those workers. There was no apology for the delayed service. When I mentioned it was the slowest service for a fast food restaurant, one member said ' I know , sorry about it". I don't think I will visit this store ever again.

   Came in around 17:30 because traffic sucks. Got to the counter and asked for the biggest thing that could give me the most heart disease. With out hesitation the guy suggested something. Top quality service right there.

   First i would like to say the young guy that was on drive thru last night was wonderful, friendly, patient and a credit to Wendy's. However my star rating was to do with the food. The baked potatoes we got, were so small and covered in some glue based sauce, not sure what happened to the bacon part. The chili that use to be thick and tasty was watery, cold and tasteless. The bacon cheese burgers on opening them had one box size piece of bacon in the middle. I know now why the order was done so quickly as no one else going there.

   Great Wendy's restaurant. Clean, friendly service. Ordered the 3/4 lb triple burger, was really good and well made, actually really loved it, also ordered a few kids meals and frosties. Would definitely eat here again when visiting the area!

   Their new burger menu has these new awesome pickles. They are absolutely fantastic and freaking delicious! I highly recommend trying these new burgers! They are probably y favorite fast food burgers right now. Nothing beats them! Service: 4/5 Environment: 4/5 Presentation: 4/5 Food Quality: 4/5 Food Quantity: 4/5 Price per person: $15-$25

   I went to this place during peak hours. To my surprise it was quite empty, with good reason I suppose. First of all the service is absolutely appalling. The front counter staff do not have have a care in the world and operate at one speed only. The food quality is abysmal and after a few attempts chucked it away. Very poorly run place that doesn't even deserve the single star. Places like this need to get shut down!
