Just had the Wild At Heart venison burger. Absolute banger of a burger. Looked like the photo and tasted amazing. Fast friendly service. Lots of new burger places and pubs doing burger but to me Burger Fuel has lifted their game and my pick for burgers.

I love going to places where they don't throw the burger together from opposite sides of the kitchen. These good buggers actually take a bit of pride in their work, and their service makes you feel right at home. Spud fries are a little pricey - but that's a company thing, not a venue thing!
BurgerFuel and its burgers and fries are great, but the service at this particular BurgerFuel is always messed up, no matter what time of the day or week you go. We have had missing items, incorrect change, codes that didn't go through and even entire missing orders - all within just this year. Maybe the employees are exhausted. Maybe the training was lackluster. Whatever the case, we have never experienced such McDonald's-like mistakes so consistently at any other BurgerFuel before. Really makes us miss the good ol' days when BurgerFuel wasn't a chain. BurgerFuel Ellerslie needs to shape up in order to meet the expected standards set by other BurgerFuel restaurants and loyal customers.
Burgers are difinitely catch my yum expectations.. but kumara fries burns and still I eat it cuz im hungry..
First impressions are everything and entrance and steps need a jolly good water blast. Inside a nice welcome from new guy, Gabe. Took my Mini Hamburgini w cheese, aioli and kumara fries home. Absolutely filling and delicious. Will return.
I knew I made a mistake after walking in store to pickup my online order. No customers and staff girls chatting amongst themselves finishing their chat before coming to the till and saying "yup?" Got home found my burger had onion which I ordered removed and a melted aioli pottle which had spilt through the bag. Not worth the price for such bad service with no attention to detail
