   "Hi there we brought our first few pieces for our first home about 32 years ago, we love the brand and the solid nature of the product. (And no flat packing ) We still have 3 pieces of original purchases from way back then. We have gone on to buy bits and pieces over the years, up at Ponsonby, but love the new store at Mt Wellington and ease for us! Our dressing table just got delivered and its beautiful!!    The staff were welcoming, attentive and very helpful. Upon entering we were immediately greeted by a staff who offered to assist. It was a weekend when we visited and the store was busy. All the staff were assisting customers but we didn't feel unattended. Two immediately told us to give them a minute and someone came back to us to offer help after she finished assisting a customer. The staff was friendly and took her time in assisting us while making sure the next customer is assured to be assisted after me. I am very happy with the overall experience. The Sylvia Park store has made it easy and hassle free for us from start to finish. My husband and I will definitely go back to shop again. The quality of the products is undoubtedly superb but the excellent service is definitely the icing on the cake that will make every customer (like us) come back."

   We visited this lovely furniture store with our children, and they had a great time exploring and playing around. At first, I was worried they might touch or knock things over, but the staff Emma were incredibly kind and welcoming. They made us feel completely at ease and created a very family-friendly atmosphere. It was a pleasant experience, and we truly appreciated their understanding and hospitality. Highly recommended!

   ​The Early Settler showroom in Sylvia Park is absolutely beautiful. The cabinets, tables and chairs we purchased are solid wood and well made, something you don't find easily these days but everything in Early Settler is made to stand the test of time, kids and grandkids! The customer service is exceptional! We were assisted over the phone by Cat with the online team on three separate occasions for our online purchases. We also visited the Sylvia Park showroom to see each item prior to making our purchase and we were assisted by Rima. I can not say enough about how helpful and enjoyable my shopping experience has been both online and in the store because of these two wonderful ladies. Rima and Cat, you both deserve recognition for your exceptional customer service and the way you represent Early Settler... Thank you for making my shopping experience a joy. - I added a few photos of our living / dining area with the bookcase and cabinets we've purchased from you. Can't wait for our next order to arrive - a new cafe style dining table and chairs!

   The showroom was well presented and spotlessly clean. I enjoyed walking around the store to look at the displays of home decor, furniture, accessories and lighting. Tracey took my lighting order promptly and I was informed that stock was available in their warehouse. It was showing 'in stock' on the website but this wasn't available for immediate collection. Perhaps this could be made clearer on the website. The order arrived on time and I would be happy to recommend Early Settler Sylvia Park and shop there again.
