   I ordered raspberry moose(also got one for a friend) and iced mocha frappe. It was very strong coffee with minimal chocolate. I mentioned it was bitter and saw if this could be rectified. I was told it would only be corrected at extra cost. I only took two sips when I asked. I added additional sugar because i was thursty took additional gulp but undrinkable. I used to come here from the opposite side of auckland. I'm not sure if there was a change of ownership I saw other reviews like this too. Never saw cafe not willing to correct so disappointed. Pic was after I stopped drinking Because they are at key location they didn't want to hear about it.

   Was craving a waffle so came here for one and it didn't disappoint. Super fluffy and soft with enough sweetness. Just wished we had a bit more icecream than the serving as it wasn't enough for the size of the waffle but for roughly $16, not bad at all!

   Came here for a hot chocolate on a late night. The place was quiet but with only one stuff, so she sounded a bit rushed and short. The hot chocolate was quite nice and the complementary piece of chocolate was a nice touch too.

   Pricier coffee than most other cafés as you'd expect from a place focused on desserts. Been only just the once but the flat white tasted like it was served despite an over extraction of the beans, so it was a little disappointing. They did however give a complimentary piece of chocolate with the coffee to get you started. A small amount of seating, about six or seven table's worth so it can get cramped pretty quickly.

   Went there to grab 2 hot chocolates. The lady who took our order was kind and friendly however her colleague, Chelsea, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Served us the wrong order and had such a horrible, disgusting attitude, I won't bother going back again. She also berated/was unkind to her colleague in front of us and just genuinely seemed like she hated her job and customers. Definitely need to brush up on her customer service skills.

   As a coffee lover~ coffee is definitely thumbs up! As for Chocolate mousse~ mmm~~~melts in the mouth. Chocolate and coffee, good match (sorry about pic always forget take it before.)

   please advise，what determines the serve order and the friendliness of the staff . Is it based on skin color? Cause that’s what I experienced. Three tables after me have gotten their food and my milkshake is still sitting in the jar. After I remindering，I got my drink and a poker face. In my waiting process，I found that a father with a kid also get a negative service and we are all Asians. It happened around 11:00am, 1st of July.
