   Food and coffee have always been amazing, which is why this experience was disappointing. I was spoken to very rudely at the counter for taking a short clip of my food. There were no visible signs stating that videos or photos were not allowed. As a vlogger, I always respect business privacy and rules, and I was not filming any staff or members of the public - only the food. When I politely asked where the notice was, the staff member continued to speak rudely instead of explaining calmly. Great food, but the service needs improvement. Please consider better staff training in customer communication.

   Mickys Café at Sylvia Park gave me one of the most shockingly bad service experiences I’ve ever seen. The guy at the counter was openly rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no interest in serving customers. I ordered a quarter-strength cappuccino and was handed a cup of warm, frothy milk. When I asked for it to be corrected, he flat-out refused, told me to pay again, and acted like I was the problem for expecting a basic coffee to be made properly. This level of service is unbelievable, even for a busy café. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I should have checked their Google reviews first, that 2.3 rating is completely justified.

   Stopped at Mickeys Café in Sylvia Park for brekkie. Staff were super friendly and service was quick, but the seating wasn’t comfy. The sweet muffin was a let-down — kind of doughy and undercooked in spots. Not the best experience, unfortunately.

   Medium coffee was $6 and felt like a small so either have a small or large as medium wasn’t so medium but cost was high. Seems as though the workers are tired as they were not too friendly just trying to get through their day. When we changed our mind from takeaway to have here, the male worker seemed irritated so we left our coffees in the takeaway cups. Ordered the savoury muffin and have had better in other cafes. There is a small seating area by the cafe. May not return here unless desperate while shopping.

   I’m not sure why this cafe’s receiving these low stars. Tbh, this is one of the best blueberry cheesecake I’ve tasted soo far. And so I decided to taste the other ones. They’re not the best say the red velvet and carror cake, they’re ordinary. The apple walnut is also good. Mocha is not too bad too. I’ll def go back and buy more of that cheesecake though.

   Do not recommend this place we asked for hot coffee after waiting we received cold warm coffee when we asked for another on that is extra hot they just put in the microwave?!! Also there cup sizes are all so small Definitely will for go back

   Shocking service, avoid at all costs!!! Would give them 0 if I could. No gluten free options except carrot cake which by their own admissions is “gross”!!

   4th time visiting this cafe. Each time the food has been lukewarm at best. Last twice I specifically asked for it to be extra hot, but obviously the staff doesn't know what this means. Coffee was great though. Probably won't go there again.

   First time having coffee here but for $5.5 medium size flat white. Temperature perfect, not scalding hot, strength also great. Overall a Cafe that have flatwhite taste like one, as many I tried is more of a latte. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star because of the environment which is in the middle of the mall thus noisy
