   So disappointed with this shop allowing dogs into the cafe. Dog owners ignore the sign on the wall. It is not in an obvious place. Maybe should be on the doors. Today we witnessed a person with their dog on a lead at the counter ordering their coffee and food. They then sat at a table by the door and feed the dog on the floor. Staff we seen patting this dog the serving food without washing their hands. Not all people are comfortable with dogs in stores

   Love this cafe that is inside Mitre10. I went with my colleagues for a short break, everyone enjoyed their drinks and snacks. Moreover, I was able to grab my free coffee with their loyalty membership. Will certainly return here.

   The staff were very nice. We ordered the Filo Chicken and Mochacino Oaty. The food was nice enough, obviously the filo wrap was made off site however the side salad was dressed on site and quite nice. The Columbus App is a bit of a headache to setup, we ended up getting a loyalty card and tried transferring it to the app but it generated its own card number so we lost all our rewards for the visit. You are better off sorting out your Columbus app before you get to the cafe and enjoy free hot beverage with a meal and buy one get one free for signup.

   Went here twice in the space of 2 weeks and I think the difference comes down to the time of day. First time, Saturday morning around 10 am, several tables available, waitstaff friendly, great coffee, and food was perfect Second time Saturday afternoon around 1pm few tables available, waitstaff not focused not clearing tables quick enough, coffee was okay and food was rubbish. They sent out a potato rosti all on its own, and the meal it was a side for, didn't come for another 15 minutes. Wait time total for food was 40 minutes, and one was wrong. Instead of redoing the whole meal, they replaced what was wrong, making the rest of the meal cold. Side note, by the time we got our meal the place only had 6 tables of people, and others had recieved their food before us but after we had ordered. Won't be going back. 2 stars only for the first time around and when the foods hot and right, it's actually pretty good.

   I hadn’t been to this Columbus for years, and was pleasantly surprised. Great coffee and excellent coffee. Had the supreme omelette which was interesting. I cook a lot of omelettes and used to golden brown finish on the underside. This one had no colour, but the flavour was bang on. Very enjoyable.

   Chicken Filo, flat white, raspberry loaf. All delicious. Parking easy as it’s in the Mitre 10. Chicken Filo full of chicken, not just a few bits. Plenty of seating.
