Amazing food and service. I loved the matcha latte and the egg tart which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The workers there were so nice as well, I recommend this cafe.
Sierra Cafe is the perfect place to relax after shopping. I love the cozy atmosphere! The barista and staffs are incredibly kind and friendly. The foods and drinks are excellent, with great quality at reasonable prices. I highly recommended trying the big breakfast. I’ll definitely be back for more :)
This is probably the 4th time im coming here but no more after this. I ordered eggs on toast. I asked her if they have sourdough. She said "NO, ONLY MULTIGRAINS" so she's getting this multigrains bread from countdown. And she asked what type of egg i want I said scrambled. And I ended up getting a steamed fluffy egg which I felt like throwing out in between and ended up not finishing it. I am a Chef myself and this scrambled eggs is the worst that I have ever tasted! Then I remembered my mom couldn't finish the scrambled eggs before when we came and she also told me she feels like to vomit out. Seriously! Don't just focus on cash in. Have some quality please and please don't pretend as if you don't know how the scrambled eggs will look or taste!
Lovely service & lovely coffee:) Sadly, there's not much else appealing in what was once a vibrant Pakuranga Plaza!
It was closing time when we visited but the attendant was kind enough to serve us. Excellent service. Thanks a lot. The lemon muffin was delicious and coffee was great. There is video variety of food to choose from the pantry. All of it looks great. There is plenty of seating space. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s is the mall so parking is not a problem. I am sure during rush hour there will be lot of hustle and bustle.
Absolutly Beautiful food with just as awsome service...very clean and tidy with relaxing atmosphere...highly recommend for a sit down or take away.
Found and tried this little cafe among the quiet mall. Service was prompt and efficient and the omelet was fantastic! Will be back next time when I am around the mall.

Lovely polite staff, wonderful coffee and cabinet food. The cafe was located inside the mall and had an open space area for customers to enjoy their beverages and food. Had large parking outside the mall. The cafe clean and hygienic. Reasonable pricing.
