Came here to have some brunch a few weeks ago with a couple of friends. The fresh blended smoothie was fine, but the iced chocolate tasted bitter and was way too creamy. Disgusting. And the fries: They were dry and room temp. I can't say much about the service, the cashier was pretty unwelcoming and the atmosphere was fine. Would not recommend and definitely NOT coming back.

This is a regular meeting place with friends. Great coffee/mocha and delicious food - some of the best fries and scones, and the raspberry slice is amazing. It’s nice to be able to sit somewhere open and is less noisy than other cafes. Lovely Saturday staff.

Ordered some food couple weeks ago, and the chips looked like a re deep fry of other customers left over chips. Because those chips looked very dodgy. Who do these people think they are? Selling honest customers other customers left overs by covering it up with a quick re deep fry and who knows what other left overs they give customers? Let's hope they sell up and let someone else take over. There food always looks stale.

Mōrena cafe is my regular go-to in Botany as the food is fresh and very reasonable and I always get great service from the lovely owners. Excellent omelettes, frittata, scones and carrot cake, but my favourite is the iced matchas and matcha lattes.. good spot to work from and gets lots of sunlight :)

Cozy seating and nice view of Botany Downs, seats are comfortable too. Good tasting coffees for a fair price. (Recommend Mochaccinos, they’re above average from all Mochas I’ve tasted before). Had their omelet and panini, all really nice. Omelet was a bit average (taste was more homemade rather than cafe but presentation was definitely cafe style) Underrated mini cafe.

Made me wait! no communication. I feel like they don't want to serve me at all because I am wearing HI Viz construction clothes, I ended up going to Robert Harris which is very welcoming and coffee and food was great.

Guys, take a closer look at legit reviews, your food isn't always up to scratch. I bought a muffin and macarons, they all tasted stale but we were hungry and just too tired to complain. The macarons were almost completely flavourless and crumbly, my child couldn't finish hers, the muffin was pretty bad and I didn't finish it either. At least the coffee was good, the service was ok as well, staff were polite enough. But the food wouldn't bring me back, sorry. Such a shame, it's a nice little place but if your food isn't good, you'll probably lose more business.

Had eggs on toast which was nice. But I also ordered a bagel (comes with cream cheese & jam) the cream cheese was disgusting. It tasted old. Told the lady and she didn’t have much to say (all she did was shrug and say “it comes out of the packet” ) considering that was $7.50 I feel ripped off Probably won’t eat here again

Friendly staff who welcome you with a smile. When I sat down the lady behind me was complaining the food took ages, and it did indeed take a long time to arrive. The quesadilla was tasty but cold in the middle which was disappointing. Overall probably won’t come back for a meal but the coffee and atmosphere was nice.
