Walked in, ordered and paid for a 5pm pick up. Arrived at 5pm and they hadn't even started my pizza. Had to wait for it. Poor service.
Very good experience any Pizza Hut Howick today! Food was nice and hot and fresh after delivery. While we were eating we noticed that we were missing a large fries. We called them and they sent somebody over again to deliver the fries. They were nice and hot, excellent service!
Pizza not cut through and some not cut at all, the customer service was terrible no communication, no welcome, no what’s your order, rang up the order and walked away before payment I had to ask them back to pay, the staff was disconnected. No effort was shown. This is what to expect in the future for sure. Plastic found in my pizza.
Has become our regular pizza place for 2 years now - Service from the whole team is always top notch and never had any issues with any order. I had an issue with picking up my order when we first moved to the area and they went the extra mile to make sure I received it. Quality of their food is always high! Decent amount of toppings, never missed any extra sauce requests, no burnt crusts. The most friendly team as well
This has to be the worst fast food establishment in NZ. Avoid this place. Order from Highland Park if possible. And if its not, order an hour early. Every time I order from here they are always late. I waited nearly an hour for my pizzas. The staff kept telling me "just a few more minutes" for about 20 minutes. I got 2 Cokes that I didnt ask for as compensation.
Every time I order here their food has been so great! Other pizza huts do not compare.
I was very disappointed with our pizza tonight. I ordered online at 5:15 with the earliest delivery time available being at 6:30pm. I received a text at 6:34pm to say my pizza was on the way. I clicked the link and it showed that the driver was 2 mins away. I went and waited outside. A few minutes passed and I checked the link again and it showed that the driver was heading in opposite direction. I tired ringing the store multiple times and no one answered. My pizza has now arrived over an hour late. I complained to the delivery driver that my pizza will be cold and he laughed about it. Get my food inside and the pizzas are stone cold and dried out and tastes like cardboard. Still can’t get through to the store!!
They treat pizza right. So different to other franchise. You can see by how nice they make the pizza. Always love to order from them and they never disappoint us.
Consistent, efficient, quick. Keep the food hot if I'm a little late at pick up. A word of caution: Pizza Hut's website raises the price of the pizzas themselves as well as charging for delivery if you do not pick up.
