   Delivery was fast and the guy was friendly. Unfortunately, that's where it stopped. Pizza was not cut and the cheese looked like glue and was hard when I touched it. Dessert pizza was worse! Doughy and mushy, and looked a real mess!!! I rang back, lovely manager, sent a replacement order. Same lovely delivery driver. But the pizza and the dessert was worse. Presentation was an absolute mess! No care! Decided not to ring back, and count my losses. My Granddaughter had McDonald's and was much happier.

   So ordered a pizza as one does over the website added a topping got home NO TOPPING …. Went back only to be insulted and threatened by the staff the lady manager no hair net no hat and an attitude worst then anyone I’ve meet in customer service. If I spoke to anyone at my job like her and her 2 workers my boss would fire me. But alas this is Domino’s and NOBODY GETS FIRED …. They get commended and praised I would love to give a ZERO for everything. The staff messed up our order when I went back and asked for sauce to be added I a flat no we didn’t even get a refund but we did get told we are going to TRESSPASSED OMG don’t threaten me with a good time I am so not going back to your store or your other one in Highland Park. And people wonder wonder why Dominos have a bad rep it’s the STAFF THE MANAGERS …. They treat customers with no respect

   Disguising customer service, extremely rude and impatient from the Indian lady, no respect whatsoever to both customers and other staff members. When I walk into a restaurant or fast food store I expect to be at least greeted somehow, I understand if its busy you might not be able to but at the time the store was empty and staff just standing around. The Indian lady walked up to the counter where I would place my order, when I placed my order she just kept talking on the phone through her airpods, A quick word or gesture to tell me she was on a phone call would of been nice but instead she just ignored my order and walked off. Don't even get my started on how dirty the store and kitchen area was.

   I was SHOKED of an experience with an Indian woman (manager, or someone in charge) who started to yell and tell off a staff member in front of EVERYONE (customers, kitchen staff). First of all, she is not allowed to talk like this to any person, and she is definitely not allowed to be rude to staff. Please take it into consideration about your manager, and tell her to be nice and delicate if she wants to lead and manage staff. As a customer I didn't wanna hear this in front of me.

   Pretty lack luster service overall. Everytime they’re late on the pickup time and seem to not care much. Customer service needs a good look at. Pizzas are all good once you get them. I’d recommend turning up 10min after your booking time This is what you get when ordering Hawaiian also

   Visited Domino's for an afternoon lunch & takeaways. Enjoyed the pizza in my car on a sunny Auckland afternoon, loved the excellent crust toppings & wedges. The staff were friendly, noted my order & prepared it in good time. Contactless & as per covid lockdown guidelines. A most enjoyable experience & well worth visiting this place again & again. Absolutely recommend their pizzas & starters too. I did not find the crust too oily, the toppings were well & evenly distributed across & stayed well in place, looked colorful, appetizing & smelt delicious, almost tempted me to order one more & even larger! The drink can was also at the correct chilled temperature & one could see the staff took great pride in their preparations & served the customer very very nicely. The place (4 John's Lane- Pakuranga) was not too busy or crowded at around noon time, so I did not have to wait too long either. Overall a delightful experience & a great Pizza one eaten in car & the takeaway was also superb. The pizza was so appealing that I forgot to take a picture of the first one, but then took some pics of the takeaway one at home. Enjoy.
