The hair color here is absolutely worth it! I really loved the result, and the hairstylist, Sithika, was super kind and friendly. The price is also very affordable compared to other salons — totally recommend this place!
Two days ago, I had done my hair colour. The customer service was excellent and she is very friendly. However ,after washing my hair, it appears to be yellow and orange instead of the colour i expected for, and I am quite dissapointed. I would like to change my colour very soon.

My hot water went out, and rather than shampoo my hair at the pool, I thought I'd treat myself. I have very thick hair in a very short bob and a rats tail. I showed my hair to who I presume was the head stylist, asking specifically about surcharges for my rats tail and was told it was fine due to the thinness of my hair. I was quoted $25, and waited for over 15 minutes to be seen. Once seen, I was informed the price would be $35 due to my rats tail. I had needed to get my hair shampooed for work, and had I been informed of this surcharge I simply would have visited another salon. I work not far from this salon and now I need to wait another day, or miss work, in order to visit another salon She's deceptive be careful of her scummy, scammy ways!! A bastion of poor service Also to note; she was beefing with another client in front of me the entire time I waited... just sooooo unprofessional
Bad experience at this place. First hair dresser was excellent on Mothers day 23.I spent 300 on gold facial and shampoo and conditioner treatment. Worth every penny. So I booked another date to have my hair with same treatment. I went back the next day and my hair was fizzy. I informed the hairdresser of what happened over night?? She said yes I fix it. So I did my make up and then she still charged me for her muck up?? Absolutely not happy never again money hungry bad service.

I got my hair trimmed on 7th January at around 2.30pm. I was attended to by a sri lankan hair dresser and she had ruined my hair. It is not evenly cut. So disappointed with the service. Was charged $40 when it wasn't worth a dollar. Never coming back again!! Waste of money!!!
Absolutely unsatisfactory service. I went in for a trim today and I specifically asked her not to cut my hair short AND I did not want layers. She gave me exactly what I did not want. Hair all the way down to my back is upto the middle of my back now. It's so frustrating. Reading the reviews now tells me that this hairdresser does this to all her customers. Clearly there is a problem here with following instructions. And don't get me started on the comments being made about the condition of my hair. Whilst I was waiting for my trim, I saw another customer's hair smoking at the back of me. That's when I should have known, this was not it. They charge $35 for a trim that they don't even do well, not to mention, they are SO ROUGH when dealing with your hair. Do not go here. Trust me. It's not worth it.
