   BEWARE they mismanage the entire process then basically blackmail you at the end of the process by holding you ransom despite there being a clear dispute on the charges they were managing. They make a margin so are incentivised to overcharge at every opportunity.

   Terrible people avoid them not worth to handle your precious cargo they increase freight quote days to share booking. My expensive cargo was on Auckland road they take 5 days to just pick my expensive cargo in last more horrible to release my documents. I wish I could give them -100⭐️

This company will waste your time and not stand behind their commitment. This has nothing to do with my tone. In fact, their response should tell you all you need to know. They are not professional. I repeat, steer clear, there are way better options.
