   Very fast delivery service — it took only one and a half days from Christchurch to Auckland, and the car arrived in perfect condition. The reception team was also very friendly. Highly recommended!

   Very Slow and poor service. Called Staff on the ETA department has been extending the delivery every day for 3 days. Car arrived in their warehouse Tuesday. Called them if we can pick up the vehicle the day after going to northshore. She said its out for delivery tomorrow (Wednesday). Called her again Wednesday afternoon. She said it will be out for delivery on Thursday which is a day extended. I opened the tracking Thursday afternoon and still says vehicle is still in the warehouse. I rang her again Thursday afternoon and she said it will be out for delivery on Friday or Monday. I called my dealer and email them to release the vehicle. Ended up picking up in their warehouse instead which is an hour drive from our place since they failed to deliver to the drop off spot. Wasted 3 days of waiting. Would not recommend this company

   Bought a brand new car in mint condition got it shipped from Christchurch to Auckland damaged it before I even touched it didn’t notify me about it and told me they wont pay for it wouldn’t recommend better service out there

   Took them 10 days to haul the vehicle to Auckland from Hamilton.... Unreasonable reasoning and all I could do is waiting and waiting. Customer service has no sense of urgency..

   Brought a car online. Looked online at all the company’s for transport from South Island to North Island. Found Car Distribution Group to be the cheapest of the lot so went ahead with them. So decided to go with them. Car was noted prior to leaving with them as NO DAMAGED AT ALL prior to leaving the South Island. Car arrived with a DAMAGED front right fog light and they were not willing to hear one bit of it. Told me to go talk to my insurance. I will never be using them again. Might be cheaper than the other company’s but beware your car will likely arrived damaged and you have to pay for the damage caused by them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. BE AWARE! Would definitely be paying little more next time from another company which will at least take more care during transit and be liable for their own damaged.    What a disappointed service I have! When I checked my delivery on the website, it showed my car had arrived. I also double checked that with the office. However, when I come to collect, they told me it was a system mistake because the drive accidentally changed the record and actually my car just left Auckland. I don't think they can provide a reliable service. And also they ship your car at your own risk. Be careful.

   If I could give zero starts I would. My vehicle's back window was shattered during transportation and they refused to take responsibility and pay for the damages, claiming that they transport vehicles at the owners own risk. Please take care and don't let the same happen to you. This is very disappointing as we paid allot of money and they did not look after our vehicle like they were supposed too.
