   Definitely not Happy with the customer service. Rang up to reschedule my son appointment and was told i would be sent a text or call to reschedule and i just found out today my son has an appointment which I received the text at 3pm today. Just disappointed in how the lady answered my phone call and how she did not do her job in contacting me for dates available for my son and to not have a reschedule appointment mentioned she just said so will cancel and that was it. Not Happy at all

   I was a new patient yesterday and did my first hygiene cleaning with Natalie. It was the best deep cleaning I have ever experienced in my years of dental visits. It was the latest technology of guided biofilm treatment that felt like a spa treatment on my teeth. I had my early gum infections treated quickly. Everyone was so friendly and they genuinely cared for each patient providing best dental care above profits. Thank you Botany Town Dentist and I will highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I also brought my son in recently as he had finished school dental years and Natalie did a very good clean on him after years of poor dental care of school programs that did not treat poor his gum condition causing his overall teeth to be in poor condition needing high care.    I have been going to Botany Town Dentist for 20 years now and for the last 5 years live a 3 hour drive away from Botany. I keep going back as Dr Michael Ng is a brilliant,gentle dentist, with reasonable charges. He and his staff are very friendly and they always go out of their way to fit me in especially when i have needed some urgent dentistry done. Try them you will not be disappointed.

   Excellent dentist. Went above and beyond in my opinion. I had an appointment to fix my crown but because of lockdown, I was unable to have this done. This dentist kept in contact and ensured I got my crown done as soon as possible after lockdown ended. I was very impressed with their service. The staff are also friendly and professional. If you're looking for a lovely local dentist, I would highly recommend this one.
