I have been coming here for over 15 years (as has much of my family) - won’t go anywhere else. I need a lot of work on my teeth, and was once upon a time very anxious about going to the dentist. Grace is always kind, gentle and calm. She always ensures you’re comfortable, without pain and allows breaks as required. Highly recommend. I no longer fear the dentist!
Went in for a hygiene clean and check-up at Botany South Dental Clinic and had a really good experience. The team was super friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The hygienist was gentle but did a thorough job. my teeth feel so clean now! The dentist was also great, explained things clearly and didn’t rush. Overall, very happy and would definitely come back.
My mum visited Botany South Dental for a teeth cleaning and 2 X-rays (priced $195). The entire appointment was over in about 15 minutes, which felt very rushed. Typically, a proper cleaning and X-rays take much longer, but I didn’t feel like I received a thorough service. The cleaning was brief and left me questioning whether all areas were properly addressed. For the price and the expectation of professional dental care, I was quite disappointed with the experience. Won't come back again.
Came in this arvo to remove my upper-right wisdom tooth, not knowing what to expect. Dr Grace Chong was brilliant from start to finish. I felt very comfortable throughout anaesthetising & extraction as she was knowledgeable and gentle at each step. I cannot recommend this dental clinic enough thanks!
Botany South Dental is the only place I visit. The clinic is very tidy and you’re greeted with a smile. Grace Chong is the best Dentist in Auckland. She is concise, offers practical advice, the price is cheap relative to the quality of treatment/service you receive. The best thing I like about Grace at Botany South Dental is that she’s great at administering the Lidocaine with minimal discomfort. 5 stars!
It was my first time going to Botany South Dental with my husband and son. I was very happy from the time I scheduled the booking up to the completion of the appointment. Dr. Grace was friendly and knowledgeable. Jen and Gina were very lovely and accommodating. They answered all my queries with so much patience and courteousness. Indeed, a very good experience with the Team. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back again.
