   Sadly I have had a pedicure from this salon twice and the first time one of my toenails completely fell off, I had a break and thought that I would give them another try as they are local. Unfortunately, the second time another nails has now fallen off. Cannot comment on their other services but would be weary

   This was such a horrible experience. Only needed one nail done, and the guy who did it didn’t speak to me once…tapped my hand each time he wanted me to move, literally cut into my skin with the cuticle drill and didn’t even apologise…then got up and left when down. The hygiene was so disgusting as well…the nail machine was so dirty and he had gloves on which were filthy. I don’t understand the point in wearing gloves if they aren’t changed in between clients…they had holes in them and covered in dirt. Honestly never ever going back here.

   I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for the last 6–7 years, and in the beginning, I was always impressed with the quality of their work and the care they took with my nails. Unfortunately, over the past year or so, the experience has declined. Recently, the ladies — and even the younger gentleman who have done my nails have been filing down far too much of my natural nail. This has left my nails noticeably weaker each time, and as a result, the shellac now cracks within 1–2 days of getting them done. After experiencing this same issue the last 5 or 6 visits in a row, I’ve made the difficult decision to go elsewhere. It’s disappointing, as I really did enjoy coming here for years and used to trust them to take good care of my nails.

   Went in to get acrylics removed and a new set put on. Terrible service & will never return. absolutely ruined my nails by sticking a fake nail under all my acrylics to pull them off, did not soak off like they should. Completely ripped a chunk off of one of my nail beds which resulted in extreme pain and the nail to not grow back correctly. They also talk so loud in there own language to each other from across the room which makes it so uncomfortable for there customers. Will never be returning here again.

   Went in to get acrylics removed and a new set put on. Asked them to soak them off and instead they put a nail tip under them all and picked them off. I could see my natural nail layers coming off with them. They put the acrylics on and filed them way too short. Now my nails are super sore and I’ve never had sore nails after getting acrylics applied.

   Thank you so much for the most amazing service! I don't know why I never came here first. After a very bad job from my regular nail salon, I came to Bella and asked for them to fix the poor quality work. They did that and more!!! These photos are a week after getting them done...it looks perfect, they haven't cracked unlike the previous nail salon I used to go to where cracks appeae within a week. Thank you!!!

   Had an awsome time getting my nails and toes done. The lady was funny and chatty and she has done an amazing job for me. I go here any time I want a bitnof pampering. It's reasonably priced at 75 for both and a couple mini massages on my feet,legs and hands seals the deal
