    After taking a break, I was warmly welcomed back by the lovely manager, Monique, whose friendly and professional approach made me feel instantly valued and comfortable. The CACI Takapuna clinic itself is relaxing, and beautifully maintained, an ideal space to unwind and focus on self-care. Rachel, my beauty therapist, has the gentlest touch and always makes my facial treatments feel luxurious and soothing. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my skin have made a noticeable difference, and I truly look forward to each session. I'm excited to become a member again and commit to monthly facials to maintain my skin's health and glow. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for expert care in a warm and welcoming environment.

    Monique was lovely, approachable and smart…. understood my assertive personality and tailored her approach to fit. And then Tegan has a wonderful energy about her too, and takes her work seriously.

    I visited the caci Takapuna last November after saw their promotion AD , Monique talked to me to sign up their 12 months membership after I had my treatment . I paid the price as it stated on their promotion AD on the same day . I remembered it clearly Monique was super friendly and gave me some local business vouchers and told me there was also a sunscreen when I signed up the membership . But what she forgot to tell me was that sunscreen was not free . Sunscreen was going to cost me over 60 dollars.You are obligated to purchase their sunscreen if you sigh up the one year membership . You have to purchase the sunscreen that they sell . It’s part of their membership . What I also didn’t know was that the first treatment I had was not special deal either . You have to pay 15 dollars extra as it counts part of membership treatment if you don’t pay another 100 dollars extra to sign up on that day you sign up . Confusing ? Right ? Even they admitted in the email to me it can be confusing . I didn’t know all of these until I decided to terminate my membership with them as I personally didn’t feel it was worth the value of the money . Then I was told I owned their money due to the reasons i mentioned above . I had emails back and forth with them to discuss this issue which I felt I was misled and there was hidden cost of their membership such as the sunscreen. Of course they wouldn’t take the accountability for this but they decided to waive the money I own, which I don’t agree that I own any money at the first place. In the opposite, they own me the money . The latest email that owner sent to me also mentioned that there are also treats after you spend over 500 dollars, I never know there are treats even I spent over 700 dollars . I’m like what and I never knew this . In the end , this is not about money anymore . This is about ethics and integrity of the business . If I was told everything upfront and I agreed with the deal , I would be more than happy to pay what I should pay . The point was that I was never told upfront before I signed the agreement . The worst experience I have ever had with the business and I’m glad that I terminated it early .

    Been to other Caci clinics and would rate them as a 5. Found this one not up to par when I had lip injections. Felt totally rushed and didn't once ask if I was ok in any discomfort (despite tears rolling down my face). I've had same treatment twice before and this didn't happen. Reception was on personal call when I arrived with two other ladies hanging out behind desk. No one acknowledged me. I have not returned to this clinic and will not even though it is the closest one to my house.

    I want to thank Monique for her great advice and support. Making the decision to use Botox was huge for me as I had always considered it frivolous and shallow to waste money on something so vain. However having developed deep frown lines and always looking tired and grumpy, I decided to find out more. Monique listened to my questions, was supportive and open, and gave me great advice without making me feel cohersed. As a result I decided to have the treatment and found the nurse professional and friendly. It wa over very quickly and relatively painlessly. It was only yesterday but so far no side effects and I'm excited to see the results! I highly recommend Caci Milford.

    My wife visited this clinic to have botox. She said staff were unkindly gossiping about a client when she walked in, and the RN (?) giving the botox was grumpy as if she did not want to be there. The worst was yet to come - terrible pain behind my wife's eye for three days after administration of botox. Advice? If a place has a bad feel about it, walk out and go somewhere more professional and that practises safely. She won't be going back there.
