   Horrid, unhygienic shop that is all about doing the absolute minimal service for their clients in order to turn a seat. I used to be a regular here and it used to be honestly fantastic. Three years on I revisited as I was back in the area to get a manicure, pedicure and a wax. Pedicure polish looks like it’s been applied by someone blind (or zero care factor) and I turned down the wax as the room hadn’t even been cleaned since the last client! Only somewhat redeeming feature is that provided a refund for services not yet rendered.

   New! Hot stone massage is part of spa pedicure. This salon is immaculately clean, sothingly calm and quiet and ALWAYS goes beyond when it comes to customer service. I have some disabilities, and am always treated with the utmost care and concern. Love this business!

   I have had bad experiences with other ProfessioNail branches before and heard horror stories from friends about other branches as well. ProfessioNail in Takapuna is a completely different experience. The staff are lovely and really take care of you and your nails. If there is a smudge or mistake they take time to redo it. They also offer great advice on maintaining the health of your nails and on upkeep. I have been going there for over two years now and even now that I've moved further away, I still prefer to go there as I don't trust any other place to do such a good job. I recommend them to anyone who asks where I get my nails done.
