   I recently had a lash lift done, and while the initial result looked good on the first day, the lift completely fell the next morning. I followed all aftercare instructions exactly as advised, avoiding water and any products near my eyes. Despite this, my lashes dropped straight down and even mascara could not hold a curl. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and longevity of the service. A lash lift should not fail within 24 hours, especially when proper aftercare was followed. This experience was frustrating and feels like a waste of both time and money.

   Great service!! The staff are amazing and really take their time, ensuring the best results. Lovely, clean and calming environment. Affordable pricing. I got exactly what I asked for, and throughout both my brow and nail services, the staff constantly checked that I was happy with how things were looking, offered beverages, and made sure I had the chance to make any changes or adjustments if I wanted to. Highly recommend!!

   The environment is so nice and calming. The service is fantastic and everything is still comfortable. I was feeling really relaxed during my eye lashes extension. The result was incredible and really natural how I wanted. Very happy about my new eyelashes

   I have been coming to this store regularly for the last year and a half and today was a horrible service. I spent 2 and 1/2 hours in the chair for a service that was meant to be 1 hour and 45 mins. The lashes are not like the photo I showed and not only that but they are two different lengths on each eye. They put a solution on my eye lashes that burned and stung and were tugging on my lashes the whole time and pulling lashes out. Not impressed and not only that but once I voiced my concerns the lady (Helen) was trying to hold me to stay within the store to ‘sit down’ even though I had payed for my service and just wanted to leave. I now have to spend additional money on top of the $150 she charged me to get them removed and redone at a better more experienced location. I will no longer be going to this store due to their actions today and would not recommend to anyone to go to this store.

   My friend recommend this salon to me and I’m so glad she did! The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming, staff are lovely and thorough and really explain the types/styles so you know what you’re getting, the lash photo menu is super helpful too. The lounges were amazing and such a nice treat! I’ll definitely be back again when I visit Auckland next

   Love the place. I come here regularly and the girls alway do a great job. My lashes always look good & the comfy lazy boys are the cherry on top. I also love the fact that they offer afterpay which I’ve used a few times here. Would definitely recommend.
