   I had a Magic Combination brows (micro blade/powder) session with Ryan today and I'm so very pleased! I've been going back and forth about taking the plunge for years but after reading all the reviews and seeing other people's results I went ahead and I'm so glad I did. He really is a master at what he does. Really calming and friendly atmosphere. Will be back for sure, do recommend!

   I’m very disappointed with my lash lift. The corner lashes on both sides were not lifted at all, and I cannot even tell if they were tinted. The lift itself was poorly done, especially on the right side, and overall my lashes are barely lifted or curled—you can hardly tell I even had the service done. I paid extra to book a master technician, but it was definitely not worth the additional cost. Unfortunately, this felt like a waste of both time and money, and I wouldn’t book again. ************************* I just want to make it clear that my review was simply honest feedback for the public and for your team to learn from. It wasn’t a request for a fix or a free re-do. Lash tint: I do understand what a tint is and don’t expect mascara-level results. I’ve had many tints before, and this one was barely noticeable—especially on the corner lashes. In the past, the tint has always been darker and more defined, so perhaps the shade or application you use may need reviewing. Lash lift: I’ve also had multiple lash lifts elsewhere and the curl has always been visible straight away. Even after waiting the 48 hours you mentioned, my lashes still look barely lifted, particularly in the corners. My previous lifts were much higher with a far stronger curl effect, and I never experienced issues with over-processing, so I’m not sure why that was a concern in this case. Just to be clear, I didn’t post my review for a refund, adjustment, or re-do. It’s simply my genuine experience. Based on both the result and your response, I don’t feel confident that what I was after was understood, or that you have the expertise to deliver the result I want. So no, I won’t be returning and risking another disappointment.

   I first went to Lashury for a lash lift years ago and they did a great job. After some years overseas I returned and was happy to still see them open, I have been back multiple times times this year for a lash lift and tint and I don’t think I’ve ever been any other place where the lift lasts as long as it does from Lashury! I’ve been going to Mia and she does an amazing job every time! My lift lasts for 3+ months each time! The pricing is also really good especially for the quality!

   First time coming to Lashury and I’m so glad I did. I got the Henna Brows and Classic Wispy Eyelash extensions. I haven’t touched my brows in over 10yrs so was nervous. And normally whenever I get eyelash extensions elsewhere my eyes water and sting and hurt and I’m forced to open them. But today I felt nothing! It was amazing! And my left eye was already a bit irritated before I went in and it was perfect fine! Chloe was amazing! Her level of care is next level! Highly recommend this place! Will be coming again. Thank you!

   This place is a hidden gem! I got my lashes done here yesterday and the staff was very polite, friendly, helpful and nice! My technician made me feel comfortable and took her time to explain to me about the different styles of lashes. I'm very pleased with the result and I can't emphasize enough how much the girls care about their clients, definitely coming back and recommending this place to all my friends :)

   Lashury is absolutely my favourite place. I've been getting my brows shaped and eyelash extensions done here every month and the services are always outstanding. The girls always listen to what I want and I always leave feeling so happy and beautiful. I have never left feeling dissatisfied, I will be coming here for years to come. My lashes always look so stunning and perfect. Best lash place in Auckland I would say. Definitely recommend!

   This is an ode of admiration for the remarkable work done by Ryan! I had my Magic Ombre Powder Brows done in February, and they still look stunning. Ryan carefully considered my ideas and desires, crafting a refined shape that perfectly complements my face. He also discussed and identified the ideal shade of ombre powder. Immediately after the procedure, my new brows looked fantastic, with no swelling or redness. Hannie and the team are absolutely Amazing and always make an effort to make you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
