   I've been to a number of salons, and Five Star Nails is by far the best. Every 3 weeks for the past 2-3 years. Friendly and professional service and my nails last the distance. I recommend this saline to my friends.

   I usually enjoy getting my nails done at 5 star nails Takanini, but this time I didn’t as much. Now the service was good, they do very good nails. The problem is the very annoying ripoff cover music they play on the TV, this time they had one loop playing of Christmas songs plus the video had horrible Ai slop in it, I think the singing might’ve been Ai too. I just wanted the TV to turn off, I was glad that the Bluetooth connection kept on disconnecting for a little bit. I do hope they stop playing that slop again and they choose real music. I gave two stars because the nails are good, the music is bad.

   Nail polish started peeling off from the following day and by week 3 everything was gone. I got gel nails and this has never happened to me before from other nail salons. Service felt too rushed, the technician was doing a million other things, they kept accepting more customers despite being full so they really rushed instead of focusing on quality. Never going back here again. Completely wasted my $40.

   Absolutely love coming to Five Star Nails! The team is always so welcoming, professional, and incredibly skilled. My nails turn out perfect every single time—whether it’s a simple manicure or a full set with nail art. The salon is clean, relaxing, and they’re always on time with appointments. Both me and my husband love coming in here.. Anne and Hannah do an amazing job.. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality service and a touch of pampering. Five stars, no question!

   I had my nails done for my birthday 4 days ago. I decided to get dipping on my natural nails. Two of them chipped the very next day. I went in to get them taken off as I wasn't happy with the rest of them anyway, they were all over my cuticles and skin and very uneven. They weren't happy I asked not to be charged for removal. Very poor job at getting them off. Minimal care, no cuticle oil or strengthing put on to help. Won't be back

   Went in for a manicure and pedicure with my daughter. Staff were so friendly, they seated us straight away. It was very clean and tidy, fantastic job on both pedicure and manicures. Will definitely be back.

   My nails were nice, I got them done for my wedding. The only thing was they didn't give me what I wanted in the pic I showed. The girl that was doing my nails had already moved on to her next client when I asked for the accent nail to be done, she said to wait until after her client. I said that was fine, I'll just pop over to the warehuse and come back. When I came back the same girl was still on her client but was almost done, so another staff member said she can do it for me. I could tell that she asked in her language if she wanted to do it and the other girl said NO with attitude and rolling her eyes.. I'm paying for the service, if you don't want to finish the job you started then why even work there zzz

   Okay, let’s start off by saying that I did get a 50% refund after I complained about my nails but I would definitely say there’s room for improvement. The lady who did my nails gave me a completely wrong shape, and every time I asked her to change it she gave me attitude. Or seemed annoyed. She also injured my fingers with the nail file, and I did bleed. The customer service was average. One star only because the manager fixed some of my nails and give me a partial refund. Won’t be going back.

   Will never forget this nail experience! Staff were super nice and welcoming. Had a good laugh with the staff and the manager. Safe to say I’d recommend this store to my friends and family AND I’ll be coming back next time I decide to do my nails!
