I canceled my appointment 18mins past the 24hr cancelation period due to being sick as well as my baby. Nicola wasn't very compassionate regarding the circumstances. Although she's talented at what she does, her table manner isn't very friendly. When I got my nails done for my wedding the conversation felt forced and like she didn't care about customer experience. This was 100% backed up by the way she treated me when I Canceled my appointment.
