Great pizza,I would recommend as family is regular customers.However a few critics.No mint sauce this time,less lamb seems to be on pizza, can here staff out the back talking about dating(please be aware customers can hear what your talking about),it’s unprofessional.Thank you.
We ordered the Bombay Chicken Pizza and the Spicy Italian Pizza, and both pizzas were delicious! The favorite was the Spicy Italian, which was our first time ordering it... and no regrets! We have ordered from Flame in Takanini (near Woolworths Waiata Shores) a few times and it's been good... sometimes average... but I'm not sure what they did differently on Friday night (18.10.24) but we loved it. Hopefully, the next time is just as good!
I came here with my partner to grab a burger. The atmosphere was quiet and there was no other customers. The shop appeared tidy and clean. The girl working here greeted us with a smile and was polite and respectful. I ordered two apricot chicken burgers and was looking for a chip and drink combo to add to the order. The girl was helpful and assisted with the order by suggesting that we get the $29.90 burger combo which would save us $12.20 so I appreciated that. I have given a 1 star rating as the burgers were soggy and the buns were floppy which was not good because the filling was falling out. There was heaps of chicken in one of the burgers and not much in the other. I rarely come here as I have had bad experience in the past with the service at this shop, but this time I am disappointed with the quality of the food. It was mediocre at best
Great little pizza shop right next to countdown. Offers all kinds of pizzas. Can cater to vegans if you ask specifically for the vegetarian pizzas with no cheese. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pizza comes quickly. Has a few seats available but best to takeaway.
I don’t often leave reviews but felt I needed to this time. I was incredibly disappointed with my recent order. I called to place an order and the lady I spoke to struggled as she didn’t seem to know the menu. I was needed to explain what they had available on the menu in detail and the pizza type in detail to her. The pizza was really a surprisingly big size (18”)however there was basically no toppings on the pizzas, from the Tomato base all the way up. I ordered two pizzas and they tasted exactly the same, yet one was supposed to be lamb mint and the other chicken and pinapple. Very Doubtful that I will ever order there again.
Undercooked pizza. Indian lady staff is very unprofessional. Quality and standard and customer service us no where near the flame pizza Botany branch.
