   Came here for a pie and a coffee, the pies were quite gristlely and overly salty (mince and cheese) and unfortunately the coffee just tasted burnt, not even the chocolate in the moccachino could hide it. The staff were really lovely though! No fault of theirs.

   There was a fly in the warmbox, stay in there for more then 2mins, and the stuff on duty didn't use correct PPE when they try to remove the fly, and they didn't follow the right hygiene process publish by the city council, which is remove and waste the food which the fly had stayed. Can't imagine the next person who had that cake. Is affected my mind for a long time , I mean is a nightmare.. was disaster

   Ordered coffee but wasn't ask for my wild bean loyalty card so didn't get the points. When I asked why the shop assistant assumed I won't have a card. Very poor service. Pie only just warm.

   Worst toilets ever... women's cubicle has no basin and was filthy. Flat white was just ... cold and tasteless. Floors dirty and the counters sticky. Petrol price 20c more than other stations. What used to be a favourite is no longer. Take another 20 minutes or so down the highway.

   Usually a really easy and convenient pit stop while heading out of auckland. However today I discovered that the staff here are not able to effectively manage a rush. Today I came here and was attempting to purchase some road snacks, waited in a larger than normal line to get to the front and have the break sign quickly put up and the man walked off providing no direction as to where we could purchase from. I proceeded to put down the goods I had selected and just leave.

   Beware of stale muffins. Ask when when they were baked before spending your hard earned money. Edit: 1 week later and still no reply from the email sent at the same time as my review. Also worth making a note that in their reply I need to do something else, instead of them taking action and forwarding my complaint.
