   28/12/2025 Dear Management of Cafe Miko, Today I visited your cafe and would like to inform you of my experience there. I ordered some Fries but unfortunately they were unsatisfactory. The Fries were thoroughly overcooked and were served by the Duty Manager himself. Well below expectations for a $15 order. The Duty Manager did offer a replacement. I am writing to you for training and quality purposes.

   We had our wedding reception here at Miko. Derek and his team were amazing. From the seating plan to the food and the staff we could not have been more happier. We highly recommend this venue if you are looking for somewhere little bit more intimate where you can interact with your guests whilst overlooking the stunning view of the surrounding gardens. Thank you for a great experience.

   After walking around the botanic garden, I took a stop here just to recharge my batteries. When I arrived, they were about to close the place. However, the staffs were so nice helping me with my dietary restrictions. So I had two gluten-free and dairy-free homemade cakes there while enjoying my view at the cafe. The cakes were so good, also budget friendly. Wish I was there earlier, so I could try other menu options. It was such a lovely afternoon

   We came to the botanic gardens and stopped by the café to grab a coffee and a quick bite before heading off for a walk. The food was a little on the pricey side, but the service was decent. They’ve got a decent range of cabinet food, and the coffee was actually pretty good (this time we got the beef pie which came with fries for $15). A solid option if you're visiting the gardens and want something convenient. The view of the gardens is also quite a nice view!

   3 stars for food. 5 stars for people and service. We ordered veg fritata and that contained bacon. See photos. Manager / staff changed order really quickly and were very helpful.

   I came by as part of a wedding. The venue was quite nice but it was hard to get to the area after hours since the main entrance doors were closed. The food was ok but the celebration was nice.

   Found this cafe to be pretty underwhelming for the beautiful location it is in. I don't want anything fancy but just found the food to look lacklustre, and overpriced. I had intentions to get something from the cabinet but it didn't look appetising, and then glass needed a good clean. Had a hot drink here which was fine and there is plenty of seating. Can get very busy around lunch and often has a line to order. I think for the fact it has a high demand, it could be better.

   The staff were friendly and listened to your order so that they could make sure there was no mixup. A relaxing atmosphere and highly recommend this cafe. Delicious food and a variety of sweet and savoury food in the cabinet, or you can choose made to order.
