Thank you for being so kind β™₯️ to the Argentinian manager (sorry if she was the owner) All staff were accommodating and friendly. We had the best time and the resort is beautiful!! Stunning views from our accommodation. Breakfast was delicious at the restaurant with a breathtaking view of Waiheke Island. We will definitely be coming back to stay and recommending it to friends and family :)

We went to the island for an event at Te Motu, R. Sunday. Highly recommend both. Room was clean, comfortable and a great location. I'll definetly go back for the next event.

Amazing place to stay in the island. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the food is great! Highly recommended!

Great view to the sea from the balcony and well priced. Was hoping for more privacy at the private spa pool but it came with bubbles so all good

We had a 3-day company leadership offsite here in mid-September. The whole experience - from the initial quote, to the pre-event planning with the WIR events team, to the actual event - was faultless. We had 19 people in our group, and we loved being able to host most people individually (we had 3 pairs sharing 2-bed villas) in such comfortable accommodation. The separate units gave everyone plenty of privacy but were close enough that we still felt very much together. We were based in the Palm Room conference space which we loved due to the adjoining deck area - on a sunny day this is a beautiful spot to spend time together and work. The food throughout the 3-day event was fantastic, from breakfast through to afternoon tea. Everything was fresh, very tasty, healthy, varied & generously portioned. They accommodated some tricky dietary requirements incredibly well, too. The events team were incredibly helpful with organising mini van transfers around the island, as well as return ferry tickets. On the days, their team on site consistently went above & beyond for us - professional, obliging, lovely to work with. Our team commented many times how nice they all were & how good the service was. Finally, the event was fantastic value for money. We booked in low season and were able to take advantage of an amazing winter conference package - very grateful for that! Overall I can't recommend WIR highly enough for a company/team event, and we definitely intend to return next year :)

The room was decent and spacious, however don’t expect the swimming pool or the spa will be nice. I was quite disgusted by how dirty the pool was. And jacuzzi had a lot of hair, so got out of there pretty soon after we got in.

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and it was incredibly overpriced. We booked a 2 bedroom, sea view villa but the premium view was obscured by trees so couldn't see anything. The in-room amenities were sub-par for a "resort". Instant coffee, low quality soaps and a lack of appliances like a hair dryer made it difficult to fully relax and settle in. The many stairs make villa access difficult for elderly, disabled patrons or anyone with large international baggage. Cleanliness clearly isn't a top priority either as the villa looked like it was uninhabited for some time. We found old towels from past stays still in the room and lots of dust. The unenthusiastic staff really cemented our impression after we gave our feedback and no other action was taken to rectify the situation. It appears this establishment caters to people who have low expectations and too much money to care, with management fully ready to capitalize on that.

Loved our stay, bar staff were great, cocktails A+. Steak I would go back for better than in town. Pricey, but it's a holiday. Should place families with children on downstairs stairs units as you hear every step when kids wake early and run around as kids do. Views are worth the stay. Rooms are big.

The two-bedroom room we had for family of 4 was very tired(needed redecorating) it had mould in the shower and had a broken dishwasher. Not ideal for a family weekend. The one bedroom was more recently renovated and everything was in working order. The views and balcony were lovely but the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbours next door and above us. Not ideal for sleep or privacy.

We had the most wonderful stay here for our short getaway. It’s a beautiful, spacious, garden-like place with stunning views of the ocean. The room was clean and cozy. The food was exquisite. The staff was friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to the ladies - they were awesome! Let alone that it’s conveniently situated literally within one minute walk from the bus-stops both to and from the ferry terminal. A strong recommend and a must-go if you are planning visiting Waiheke.
