   *update of my review to help others make decisions. I am on set 15 of aligners and I can see great improvements teeth have shifted noticeably. I have 5 more sets to go so will update on final results. So far I highly recommend Dr Wondersmile, affordable and great service, they are reliable. Their dentist office in Half Moon Bay is very professional. I would recommend getting attachments and IPR for maximum results. I believe it's worth spending little extra for better results. Picked my alligners yesterday and did IPR and attachments. So far 10 stars for Hether, her exceptional clear and express communication- main reason for me choosing them over other suppliers on the market as I read all their reviews and surely they are true. The alligners are very comfortable too and high quality - Made in Germany. So far I highly recommend Dr Wondersmile, will update on final results.

   Was with Wondersmile before Dr Wondersmile brought the company out. Dr Wondersmile was much better communication and aligners. They also warranted the promises that was given to me from Wondersmile. Would highly recommend Dr Wondersmile to everyone. If you want your teeth straight go with them!!! Thanks

   At first I was skeptical going in, given this place was much cheaper than our labeled dentists. But after the consultation I was really happy with the consult. I had Priya as the consultant. I must say, she sat down patiently with me for two hours and explained everything over and above the alignment treatment. There was no pressure or compulsion to get treatment etc. I would highly recommend getting a $80 scan and then you can decide what's best for you. I might get my veneers down overseas, but this place really opens up ideas to what's best for you.

   Update 9/12/22: Dr WonderSmile (Hether) contacted me after my first review. She apologised for the mistakes of WonderSmile and informed me she did have a list of customers that she was supporting. I was on the list by my name was spelt incorrectly so this was probably why I didn't get a follow up. We talked in detail about my issues with WonderSmile and what I was still expecting from them to finish off my treatment. We then arranged a scan, which was done this week. Results should take two weeks to come through. Hether explained that they should be able to provide the refinement stages and nighttime retainers. So, fingers crossed we get this sorted and I can move on. She did mention that if there were any other WonderSmile customers in Auckland that have been left in limbo by WonderSmile, to contact her and she should be able to help. ------------------------------------------------------ First post: early December 2022. Please find another aligner provider. Dr WonderSmile is actually the same company as WonderSmile who went under in May 2021 and left all its ASEAN customers in limbo and out of pocket. I'm still waiting for a revised plan and haven't heard back from the global team since August this year. I'm half way through a treatment plan with no nighttime retainers and had to pay extra to get more made from another provider just to keep my teeth in line. The whole process has been emotionally draining. Poor customer service and poor company management with empty promises. Pay more, go elsewhere and know you are getting the best care you can get. Unfortunately with WonderSmile, you get what you pay for and let that be a lesson to all of us.
