   I couldn’t recommend James more. For a 25th birthday present, I came in asking for a diamond pendant with a vague idea design wise. James took the time to go through all aspects of the pendant with me, with multiple design options and suggested a 0.25 ct diamond (to symbolise 25 years) This piece is exquisite and will be treasured forever. The attention to detail and top customer service Guthrie’s Jewellers have given is beyond commendable

   My fiance and I embarked on the ring designing journey together. After going to many of the mainstream big jewelry stores and getting harassed and pestered to buy something, we decided that we didn't like that process and started to look elsewhere. We stumbled on Guthrie's and went and spoke with them about diamonds, ring design etc. The whole experience was great, they were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. They were not trying to make a sale, they were trying to make an experience. We loved the service and when I proposed and she saw the ring she was ecstatic. The quality was exactly what we wanted and the look and sparkle was more than we expected. Absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough and we will be going back in the future.

   Guthrie's worked with my fiancé and I on my bespoke engagement ring and we could not be more pleased with the result. Dianne and James are fantastic to deal with - nothing is too hard and they made the design process simple, enjoyable, and stress-free. We were very specific with what we were looking for and the team at Guthrie's worked so hard to ensure the design was perfect, down to the tiny little details (who knew there were so many variations of claw...). They worked with us to source the perfect stone, at a really competitive price, and worked hard to make sure our ring was ready in time - even in the midst of Covid shipping delays and various other obstacles. I'm so pleased we worked with Guthrie's and if you're looking for a bespoke engagement ring or another special piece, we'd really recommend their services.

   Dianne and James were fantastic to deal with. They created an engagement ring for us that far exceeded our expectations – it looks stunning. During the journey they gave us sound advice, which was great as the multitude of options can be quite daunting. Dianne and James have a very caring nature and always encouraged us to take our time – the opposite of pushy! We ended up with a ring which is practical, timeless, and has a unique touch. I would highly recommend Guthrie Jewellers over the main street stores – better value for money, top quality materials, and peace of mind at every stage of the process.
