Have had a few face prp sessions with Sally. She is so lovely and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable and explained the process well. My skin has increased glow and brightness. I had an appointment with Dr. Morunga today and wow what an incredible experience! He was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the facial anatomy, explaining the different causes and considerations behind each area. His advice was very good and also genuine. My lips look absolutely fantastic. They are plumped and he even managed to fix the uneven shape while being so natural! I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. The entire team was just as wonderful - the lovely lady at reception was so kind, welcoming, chatty, and helpful from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Morunga and his team highly enough. I’ll never go anywhere else for treatments now
Consultation was ok nothing new that I haven't heard but to charge $95 for less than 30mins to tell me what options to go with doesnt sound fair at all given the cost of products and treatment aren't cheap at all. Have been doing my research and making appointments with other clinics and they do not charge for the consultation which generally took more than 1 hour. Picture update is what $95 or 20 minutes is worth
I have no idea where to start from, first of all a big thank you goes to Dr mark n his team for giving me my confidence back. few months back I was at my lowest side coz all of a sudden I started hair fall. Had no idea what was happening n why it was happening. Just months before my hair fall started I met Dr mark and his team at face doctors Remuera. So I have just done few prp treatments n treatments went great started to see results and I was happy, until all of a sudden hair fall started. It wasn’t from prp treatment but some under laying issue. I couldn’t believe my eyes the amount of hair fall I was seeing. Straight away I contacted Dr mark, his nothing then an angel who came in the picture n fixed my hair fall. I never used to see the time I would I just email Dr mark send him pics of my hair fall n he would straight away email me back and give me assurance that don’t worry Sofrana everything will ok n will fix this issue. He went out of his way and did so much seriously if I start writing things he has done people he contacted I will run out of space. He never charged me extra for anything, in-fact he gave me some very good deals n kept on giving me ideas of wt I should be doing n taking to stop the hair fall. It’s been 2 months I have absolutely no hair fall n seeing all this new baby hairs coming out. Dr mark is still guiding me through n I really appreciate that. I will recommend anyone who’s going through wt I went through please go n see dr mark n his awesome team they will be more then happy to help you and get ur confidence back.
