   My experience of laser has been completed different since meeting Yana. She is an incredible soul, always very friendly and fun to chat with and very knowledgeable about laser. She is very much a perfectionist and looks after my skin much better than I do, trying to optimise all my treatments. I really enjoy my appointments with her and have seen great results!

   I had my laser session with Chloe here, and she was absolutely amazing. She explained every step clearly, made me feel completely comfortable, and was so professional throughout. Chloe has such a calm and reassuring approach — you can tell she really knows her stuff. The treatment was smooth, quick, and virtually painless, and my results have been fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist. Thank you Chloe for making my visit such a positive experience! I also recently had laser with Sabah and I’m beyond impressed. She’s friendly, thorough, and genuinely cares about her clients. Sabah made sure I understood the process, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin. Her attention to detail and warm personality made the whole experience so enjoyable — and I’m already seeing great results. Highly recommend Sabah if you’re considering laser!

   I recently had my laser hair removal appointment with Nelly at Westfield Newmarket and I would highly recommend. She makes the sessions relaxed and comfortable, and I’m always welcomed with a friendly smile. She listens to your concerns and adjusts accordingly, such as increasing the cool shot when I couldn’t tolerate the heat from the laser!! My laser experience so far has been impressive but I still require more sessions, and I’d be happy to return to Nelly for my future sessions!!

She has been incredibly helpful and I've never experienced someone so passionate, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what they do, she truly knows her work and has my full confidence. Over years of spending money on the wrong products and treating my skin as the incorrect skin type, I have learnt so much from her. She listens to your concerns, goals and budget and I have already seen a dramatic change in my skin over the last month. I can't wait to see the further progress to come!
