   It was an amazing treatment, Sofie got really professional technique and it's so comfortable I fall asleep. She was very kind and helpful. I've done my peeling and laser couple of time with this store and I'll defitnely recommand it to my friend and come back for other treatments.

   Unfortunately, not the most positive review to leave. I had really high expectations of this brand as I recognise it from Australia. I was a very loyal customer to another clinic that closed down and was in the maintenance phases of my laser hair removal. At the previous clinic cold air was blown while the laser was being used. I had the shock of my life where I had a treatment here where none was used and when I questioned it, it was fobbed off. The pain was so unbearable and I knew that something was wrong. I had bought four further treatments and was really worried about the pain being unmanageable. When I mentioned again that it was not on at the previous, the query was glazed over and the treatment was also painful. I contacted the clinic for my third explain explaining how concerned I was about moving forward with this treatment seeing as the pain was unbearable and unlike what I’ve had so many times in the past. (And some blistering) The lady who I dealt with was really kind warm and friendly and I wish that I had her first. She explained that if it didn’t work for me this time that we would stop the session and that I would be able to use the credit for something else however this time the handpiece also had cold air so it was bearable (still painful but manageable) and no blisters. I rebooked with her and unfortunately had to move my remaining few bookings due to having a spray tan that wouldn’t budge and sun exposure, and I asked about When it would expire only to find out that it already had and no warnings as such. Or as it had only been days, a grace period. I feel disappointed that the treatments that I had paid for now no longer usable as I never had this experience of my previous clinic and would buy many in bulk at a time. So I’m disappointed to lose my money but also that the treatment was so uncomfortable in the first place when I learned that the handpiece for cooling had been broken and still been used on clients. I felt that this was just wrong.

   I have been having skin issues with breakouts as soon as I went through puberty. However after trying different products and nothing was working. I decided to go to a professional and get my skin treated properly. That’s when I met Maya. She recommended me to get a peel that was suitable to my skin, followed by yellow LED. The consultation went so well with Maya that I decided to book myself in and give it a try. My first session was with Brenna. She was so professional and talked me through every step that we were about to do. So soft spoken and tentative. Today I had my second session and it was with Maya. She was so good at what she does and made sure I was comfortable and I was instantly relaxed. Thank you ladies for making my skin experience so calm and comfortable. I would definitely be referring my friend and family to come to this clinic. The service is amazing and everyone is so welcoming

   Went in last week for a Hydrafacial and it was so amazing. Kanani made me feel so relaxed and my skin felt so good after the treatment. There was more gunk in my face than I thought! The hydrafacial is an awesome machine and I recommend getting one with Kanani if you can! The rest of the staff there is also very nice and welcoming as well. If the ratings went up to 10 I’d give an 11!

   Be sure to check promotions available before paying, as they will make every effort to rip you off if you don't do your due diligence for promotions on the website. The manager mentioned she would have extended the advertised discount on the website if it was mentioned while paying. So be prudent, or you'll walk away ripped off like I did. They really don't know how to behave with their customer, the manager is extremely intimidating and I overpaid significantly just to get out of the situation. Whenever anyone leaves a low review, they are quick to attack the customer, lie on the responses to make the customer look like a bad person, and literally make up information and confidently post it on their responses. I've seen bad customer service but I can safely say my experience with the at the Laser Clinics Newmarket (referring to their manager's behviour) is the absolute worst I've experienced in my life. You can check yourself, just see how they attack everyone who leaves a low review. Somehow this clinic never makes a mistake at all, it's always the customer who is the issue. I pay per treatment and am fine with the price at the time, but they didn't even let me avail the existing promotions applicable at the time of my treatment. The manager, on the day, was trying to make me feel bad about not paying a few grand upfront (as if its her decision to make!) Please stay away, it's not worth paying a business to first let them manipulate you, and then gaslight you to feel bad about your behaviour when they have wrong employees in place who don't understand basics of not just customer service, but even how to talk with another human.
