I have been dealing with a Pharmacy in Royal Oak for about 4 years as I previously lived in that area. Moved to Remuera about 2 years ago and still went there. SERVICE just ever diminishing and so today got My Doctor Ian Rapson to emailed my Script to Cranwells by Upland Road. I spoke to a great young 'Fella' - Damian who organised everything including Delivery to my home. All started at 8.30am - Script delivery 1pm Now 'THAT IS SERVICE' As Shaun Fitzpatrick would say 'FULL CREDIT'!!! Max Hughes, Lucerne says 'CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE'!! When mobile again - Will go and personally thank them.
Went to pick up a batch of covid tests and showed the reference number on my phone and without asking they just took my phone for the guy in the back to read which somewhat understandable but still weirded me out a bit, always looking at me weirdly too

Pharmacists are always grumpy and rude. We've gone here as it's next to our GP but after getting charged $4 today for a 100ml plastic medicine bottle which actually cost 5 cents, we won't be going here any more.

Pharmacist is rude & judgemental. Empathy is a basic requirement for customer service in healthcare, one would expect! Clearly not a priority here.
