Terrible experience. My deep fryer didn’t work from the very first day, and instead of replacing it, they kept experimenting and guessing what might be wrong. After multiple attempts, the fryer still doesn’t work. Completely unacceptable customer service.

I I bought a freezer from Fed Hospitality few days back. But by mistake I got the wrong product. Then I dealt with Mr. Mash. He has provided one of the best professional service. Worst experience. If I could, I would have given them no stars. Bought 2 door commercial bar fridge, broken within two years. We are in hospitality for almost 18 years never come across anything like that with other companies. New means at least the product should go10+years. They have cheap Chinese product, I have a feeling they aren't new, it seems like their products are more like refurbished. Advice- Please don't go for their products if you don't want to get ripped off- ultimately the age of product would be less than half in comparison to even good second hand ones!

Worst experience ever. I drove out to purchase an item advertised on their website. Only to be told they wouldn’t sell it to me. Every excuse from the casters won’t work to its not certified for sale in NZ. Even though it had an NZ plug and certification . I then asked for the model that didn’t have the “so called light electrical problem” due to no lights.snd again met with . We won’t be selling you that model either. I can only assume it was a lure advertisement. The sales assistant kept saying, it needed to be taken down. I had 15 k to spend on a Bain Marie snd a serveover chiller. I will spend it elsewhere.
The worst experience I have ever had to deal with, I purchased a food cabinet off their website and was told it was unable to be sent out of Auckland and not in stock, and that I will need a refund, why are items that are out of stock on your website? 2 days later I was told they suddenly had stock and was being sent the item without my permission as I was last told I was getting refunded my money so I ordered a different food cabinet elsewhere. The manager is impossible to get in contact with, they never ever returned my messages, emails, even if it was something very important and when I finally got to speak with them they laughed at the important situation. There is a lot of money involved with these big purchases and is very stressful getting ignored. Waste of time and energy to deal with, wish I read the other bad reviews before even trying to order anything.
The service is great, product is cheap, however untrustable quality. Bought 3 fridge from this place when I first open one of my shops, one broke within 2 years, the other 2 had problem with compresser within 4-5 years and other brands tend to last 10 years +. I guess you pay for what you get.
